Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide the subject machine wherein a premolded vessel is introduced into a sterile room where a material to be filled is placed in said vessel, thereby facilitating sterilized packaging. CONSTITUTION:The bottom part of the vessel 2 is adsorbed by an adsorptive plate 8 disposed at the leading end of an adsorptive plate retaining bar 5 carrying out swinging movement around a fulcrum by means of a pneumatic cylinder 6, and placed on a chute 9 provided in the inner part of a sterile chamber 4. The vessel 2 which has slipped down onto the chute 9 enters the hole of the accepting bed on a rotating chain conveyor 31 provided in the inner part of the present device. Then, the vessel 2 is introduced into a vessel sterilizing part C by the rotating chain conveyor 31. Here, chemicals such as hydrogen peroxide by a sterilizing liquid spraying nozzle 18 are sprayed, and the vessel 2 is sterilized. Then, the chamber is pressure reduced by means of pipes 24 and 25, thereby removing chemicals thereby removing chemicals therefrom. Then, the chamber is dried with heating air, and then sent to the filling part E.
