Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate the change-over of the switch caused by the change of the power frequency by securing the same effect as that made possible by the frequency divider with use of two different kinds of monostable multivibrator circuits and thus with use of no frequency divider, and thus to obtain an accurate timing pulse at all times as well as to prevent the malfunction caused by the incomplete contact of the change-over switch.
