CONSTITUTION:Two rolls 4, 5, with different diameters are combined; the nozzle 3 is installed nearby the contact zone between the two rolls so as to contact with the surface of the roll 4 of larger diameter; the molten amorphous material 2 is injected by the gas pressure 11 from the nozzle 3 against the surface of the roll 4. The amorphous material 8 passes through the contact zone 6 and is rolled under perfect cooling; hereby, the amorphous material 9 of specified dimension is formed. According to this method, can be obtained the effect combined from the effect of quick cooling by the single roll method and the effect of quickly cooled rolling by the double roll method; this method makes easy the adjustment of the condition for quick cooling and the thickness; and also, the uniformity of the quality and the smoothness of surface can be obtained; moreover, the life of the roll is improved, and the titled material can be manufactured at high efficiency.
