Abstract
PURPOSE:To attain miniaturization by forming a resonator or a fillter and capacitor on a thin plate made of a piezoelectric ceramic plate and a thin plate of a dielectric one. CONSTITUTION:As for composite part 50 equivalent to the composite part of resonator 100 and capacitor 200, piezoelectric ceramic plate 11 is polarzed in the direction of polarization axis 12 and on its surface, part electrodes 13 and 14 are laid to form resonator 100. Thin plate 15 made of a dielectric is connected to the flank of ceramic plate 11 via adhesive layer 16 and on thin plate 15, electrodes 17 and 18 are laid to constitute capacitor 200. In this way, part 50 uses the dielectric thin plate as a substrate where the capacitor is formed, and consequently there is no need to use a substance with a large vibration loss. Further, using a dielectric thin plate differing in specific dielectric constant from ceramic plate 11 miniaturizes the capacitor large in capacity value and it can also be formed by using electrodes of size to manufacture.
