CONSTITUTION:When the motor 9 is driven, its rotation is transmitted to actuating rods 14, 15 through a worm 10 and a worm wheel 11, 12. Since a stopper 182 of an engaged member 18 remains engaged with a screw part 15d of the actuating rod 15 at that time, a spring 17 engaged with the screw part 15d acts as a nut for the actuating rod 15. Thus, the actuating rod 15 is moved back and forth relative to a base plate 2 according as the soring 17 is rotated. At the same time, a mirror 4 is swung up and down on the fulcrum of the actuating rod 14 because the rod 14 remains racing in a fixed position. When a solenoid 20 is energized, said stopper 182 acts on the actuating rod 14 so that the mirror 4 is swung right and left on the fulcrum of the actuating rod 15.
