Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable to start stably with low power consumption, by connecting series circuit of SCR for start and condenser for start to common direct current input terminal of SCR bridge and among terminals of load circuit, and connecting discharge resistance to each commutation condenser in parallel.
CONSTITUTION: SCR for power inverter is connected in bridge among positive and negative poles of direct current electric source which is led out from output terminal of smoothing reactor 12 via commutation condensers 20-24 in which discharging resistances R1∼R3 are connected in parallel, load circuit 32 in which commutation reactor 26, load coil 28 and loaded resonance condenser 30 are connected in parallel, and commutation condensers 20'∼24' in which commutation reactor 26' and resistances R1'∼R3' are connected in parallel. Also, SCR 34 for starting and condenser 36 for starting are connected in series among one side terminal K of the load circuit 32 and positive pole P of electric source, and SCR 38 for starting and condenser 40 for starting are connected in series among another terminal L and negative pole of electric source. From this structure, stable starting can be done with lower power consumption.
