Abstract
PURPOSE: To enable the use of heavy machine under the energy supply from a low transmission line, by coupling a flywheel to the driving shaft of an induction motor and effecting the supersynchronous Scherbius control of the induction motor to store and release the rotary energy of the flywheel.
CONSTITUTION: A supersynchronous Scherbius unit 5 is put in a control mode synchronously with a load operation signal to release the energy and put in a drive mode synchronously with a load operation stop signal to store the energy. The storage and release of the energy of the flywheel 41 is thus controlled.
