PURPOSE: To prevent a drop of temperature of exhaust gas in the damper seal device and to improve the operation efficiency of boiler by supplying heated air as a sealing gas to the damper gear provided to the exhaust gas system of gas turbine.
CONSTITUTION: In the combined plant such that the exhaust gas from the gas turbine 13 which makes up the gas turbine unit with the compressor 11, combustor 12 and generator 14 is fed to the bypass duct 51 or boiler 30 through the bypass damper 31 or boiler damper 32, a piping 42 to take air required for damping is provided to the outlet of compressor 11 or intermediate stage, the air of high temperature is supplied to said respective dampers 31, 32 and sealed by the sealing unit. By this, the plant cost can be reduced since the sealing fan is not needed, and a drop of temperature of the exhaust gas can be prevented.
