Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a porcelain composite which can be sintered at low temperature and has excellent characteristic by forming it with three-component-composite which contains PbO, Fe2O3, Nb2O5, CoO and WO3 in the specific range.
CONSTITUTION: The composite is one of Pb(Fe1/2Nb1/2)O3-Pb(CO1/2W1/2) O3- Pb(Fe2/3W1/3)O3 system, and its composition is in the area surrounded by a quadrilateral ABCD in the diagram of three-component-composite. The oxide composition is 64.42W67.43% of PbO, 7.5W14.21 % of Fe2O3, 5.75W19.48 % of Nb2O5, 0W 3.79 % of CoO and 1.05W15.62 % of WO3 in weight percentage. The said composite can be obtained from PbO, Fe2O3, etc. as original materials, and can be sintered at low temperature of from 800° to 1000°C. The oxide composition on the line of two-component-composition in the diagram is excluded.
