Abstract

PURPOSE: To eliminate the fluctuation of fuel fed in a burner due to thermal fluctuation, by using a resistance pipe having a large thermal fluctuation of system resistance connected in series with a resistor having a small one and by controlling the opening area of an oil pipe in accordance with a pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the resistance pipe.
CONSTITUTION: Fuel from a pump 4 is fed in a high pressure chamber 7 of a control valve 5 through a pump discharge port 6. Most part of the fuel returns from a return port 8 to an oil tank 3 through a resistance pipe 9 having a large thermal fluctuation of system resistance and a resistor 10 having a smaller thermal fluctuation. A diaphragm 11 partitions the control valve 5 into high and low pressure chambers 7, 12 and a valve body 13 attached to the diaphragm controls the opening of a feed port 14 of oil pipe 15. A pressure lead pipe 18 is connected to the junction of the resistance pipe and resistor to lead the pressure there to the low pressure chamber 12 for displacing the diaphragm 11 by virtue of the pressure.
