Abstract

PURPOSE: To make a saving of expense required for the laying work and to prevent a generation of fault caused by an external force after a completion of the laying work, by the constitution comprising a thermoplastic resin tube, having internally provided spiral-shape protrusions, and a cable inserted into said tube.
CONSTITUTION: A thermoplastic resin 12 in a state of melting is divided, at the outlet of an extruding machine 11, into two of a pipe use material 14 and a spiral- shape cord use material 15, with the pipe use material 14 extruded from a point end part of a fixing die 16 to be constructed into a pipe by a sizing die 17. The cord use material 15 is extruded from the point end of a rotary die 19, with the deposital unification processed within the sizing die 17 to inner surfaces of the pipe. With an air evacuating thin hole 20, provided in inner surfaces of the sizing die 17, linked to a vacuum exhauster, the melting resin pipe, while being attracted to inner wall of the sizing die 17 and cooled, is formed into a uniform external appearance. In such method, the ducted cable, where a cable is inserted into the protrusion provided resin pipe, can be constructed, thus capable of saving an expense required for the laying work and preventing a fault caused by an external force.
