Abstract
PURPOSE: To give an evaporator a forced oscillation by ultrasonic wave to atomize oil dessoved into regrigerant liquid and emit it toward gas phase portion for allowing a compressor to suck and discharge it together with refeigerant gas.
CONSTITUTION: Refrigerant into which oil is dessolved without being separated by an oil separator 4 stays relatively near the surface of Freon liquid. When an ultrasonic wave oscillator 12 is oscillated through a drive coil 14 by an ultrasonic wave generator 13, the oil in the refrigerant is gathered on the surface of refrigerant due to the difference of specific gravity between the oil and the refrigerant liquid, and atomized by oscillation together with the refrigerant having the oil dessolved near the surface to be discharged to gas phase portion as fine particles. The refrigerant particles are gasified and the oil particles exchange heat with the load side to be accompanied by the gasified refrigerant gas and sucked by a compressor 1 through a gas in pipe 10. Thus the evaporating effect is not reduced by the stay of oil in a evaporator without any equipment such as heater for oil separation. Only simple ultrasonic wave oscillator will do without necessitating large-scale equipment.
