Abstract

PURPOSE: To facilitate maintenance service as well as to reduce drive power cost by supplying low temperature dry air successively into an ozone generator in such a way that water adsorbed in the state of low temperature with use of heat exchangers is desorbed in the state of high temperature.
CONSTITUTION: Low pressure high temperature air (A) discharged through a blower 41 passes through heat exchangers 43, 45, gets cooled off by a primary cooler 47, gets saturated by a drain separator 49, streams through a refrigerating air dryer 51 into the heat exchanger 45, comes through a four-way valve 54 into a dehumidifying cylinder 12A, gets dehumidifyingly dried by adsorbent agent 13A, then air B necessary for reclaiming flows through a four-way valve 59 into a piping 68, the remainder flows through a cooler 63, a reducing valve 82 into an ozone generator 78. The air B comes through a flow meter 67, a reducing valve 69 into the heat exchanger 43, passes through the four-way valve 59, comes into a dehumidifying cylinder 12B already completed the dehumidification, which gives thremal gain and gets discharged through the four-way valve 54 into the atmosphere.
