Abstract
PURPOSE: Title composition that is prepared by blending a zinc salt of organic acid, dipentaerythritol, an alkali salt and others, thus having high resistance to heat, first discoloration, weathering, and water.
CONSTITUTION: (A) 100 parts by wt of a chlorine-containing resin is blended with (B) 0.1W5 parts of at least one from zinc salts of organic acid as 2-ethylhexanoate and inorganic zinc compounds as zinc oxide, (C) 0.1W5 parts of dipentaerythritol with an average particle size of less than 50 microns and (D) 0.1W5 parts of at least one selected from the groups consisting of oxides, hydroxides, carbonates, sulfates, phosphates, phosphites, silicates, borates, titanates and their basic and acidic salts of alkali metals and alkaline earth metals. Further addition of a stabilizer, preferably dibutyltin dichloride improves the resistance to first discoloration and heat.
