Abstract
PURPOSE: Metal molds consist of a number of anvil assembly capable of separately lifting up and down. This facilitates the change of the metal molds, corresponding to various product configurations, thus enabling production of large variety with small quantity.
CONSTITUTION: An upper metal mold 12 consists of a number of anvil 13 assembly capable of separately lifting up and down driven by the device 14. A lower metal mold 20 consists of a mumber of anvil 21 assembly capable of separately lifting up and down driven by the device 22. The anvil shape is, corresponding to product configurations, hexagonal rod type, rectangular, etc., with curved or flat edges.A object (a) to be formed is placed on the so formed lower metal mold 20 and formed into a product A by pressing. A single metal mold provides a variety of mold to match different products, thereby to enhance mold efficiency, enabling production of large variety with small quantity.
