Abstract

CONSTITUTION: Main shafts 9 and 10 compressively support the boss portion of disk blank 4 from top and bottom, and drive the blank 4 to rotate; the king roll 6 rolls the outer surface of the disk parts 7, and the forming roll 5 rolls the web portion, finishing both into specified dimensions; besides, the rim roll 8 rolls the rim portion. In the case of the disk ring blank 11, the main shafts 9 and 10 are compressively brought close from upside and bottom side so as to unite into one body, which is then inserted into the shaft hole of the disk ring parts 12; the radial portion of the parts 12 is caught between the main shafts 9, 10, and the king roll 6 so as to support and give the driving to the parts 12; and then, the roll forming for the web portion, and the outer and inner surfaces of the rim portion is carried out by the forming roll 5, the rim roll 8, the king roll 6, and main shafts 9, 10.
