PURPOSE:To provide a control mechanism which can conduct a hydraulic pump in rated hydraulic pressure state as required at time and can rapidly reduce the rated capacity by employing an electronic control relief valve nad a pair of proportional electromagnetic flow control valves with pressure compensation.
