Abstract
PURPOSE: In manufacturing fine wire materials form those wire materials which are formed by a superconductive alloy or intermetallic compound, one of the component element that forms the intermetallic compound is made into a tubular form beforehand; and this tube is filled up with the other component element which forms the alloy or intermetallic compound. Then the tubular body is drawn into highly-reliable superconductor wire.
