Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vessel-arranging machine that can largely shorten the working time needed for arranging the vessels and can increase the laying capacity and the operation efficiency. SOLUTION: After a carrying cart 7 in which germinated or greened seedling- raising boxes A are placed on the shelves formed therein is placed on the cart- loading part 3, the cart-transferring machine 13 is driven to transfer the raising boxes A placed on the shelves 70 in the carrying cart 7 to the separating machine 23 set to the vessel separation part 4. The separating machine 23 is driven to transfer the seedling-raising boxes A placed between the left and right receiving plates to the separation conveyer 32 in turns. A distributing machine is driven to equally supply the seedling-raising boxes A sent out of the separation conveyer 32 to the left and right box-loading faces of the arraying conveyer 5. As the main body of the arrangement machine is allowed to run at a constant speed or intermittently, the whole seedling-raising boxes arranged on the arraying conveyer 5 are released down at an angle and arranged in turns on the laying face thereby shortening the time of the laying work.

According to the present invention, after the containers put on the carrier cart are transshipped to the container separating section, the containers transferred to the container separating section are separated from the lower side and fed to the container aligning section. Therefore, at the time of separation, for example, it is possible to reliably prevent the state of storage such as soil cover and seeds stored in a container such as a seedling raising box from fluctuating, and prevent germinated or greened seedlings from bending. The containers can be arranged on the laying surface while maintaining the state at the time of putting. Further, the operation time required for the separation and arrangement of the containers is greatly reduced as compared with the case where a large number of containers are separated from the upper side as in the conventional example, and the efficiency of the operation can be improved.
