Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.上面、下面及び少なくも2対の隣接側面を有する実質的に角柱状の本体部 分、 前記側面の第1の対の第1の側に沿って形成された1対の間隔を空けられた同 一面上の受け面及び前記側面の第1の対の第2の側に沿って形成された少なくも 1個の平らな受け面、及び 側面の第2の対の側面間に定められた切削コーナーであって、かつ前記側面の 第1の対の前記第1の側と反対側で側面の他方の対の第1の側に関して外向きに 突き出ている前切れ刃を有し、前記前切れ刃が前記間隔を空けられた同一面上の 受け面と平行である前記切削コーナー を備えるフライス削り用インサート。 2.インサートが平面図において長方形にされ、かつ対角線方向で反対側の割 出し可能な切削コーナーを設け、各長い側面に1対の間隔を空けられた同一面上 の受け面が形成されかつ各短い側面に1個の平らな受け面が形成される請求項1 によるインサート。 3.前記長い側面に沿った前記受け面の対及び前記短い側面に沿った前記受け 面が前記下面に直角である請求項2によるインサート。 4.長い側面に沿って、受け面の一方が前記反対側の長い側面の前記前切れ刃 の反対側に置かれ、他方の受け面が前記長い側面に沿って前記切削コーナーに隣 接して置かれる請求項3によるインサート。 5.前記前切れ刃が前記上面に関して高くされる請求項4によるインサート。 6.前記前切れ刃が前記下面と平行である請求項5によるインサート。 7.前記前切れ刃が前記下面に関して傾けられる請求項5によるイン サート。 8.前記切削コーナーの各がその組み合わせられた短い側面に沿った横切れ刃 を有し、前記横切れ刃は前記下面に関して傾けられる請求項5によるインサート 。 9.前記横切れ刃の各がその組み合わせられた短い側面に関して外向きに突き 出す請求項8によるインサート。 10.回転軸線を有し、かつ回転軸線に直角な半径面上に配置されたワイパー として作動する前切れ刃を各が有する1個又は複数個の切削用インサートを使用 するためのフライス削り用工具ホルダーを備えたフライスであって、このフライ ス削り用工具ホルダーに、内部に置かれたインサートを接線方向で支持するため の回転軸線と平行な平らな支持底面、フライスの平面図において回転軸線に直角 な第1の想像線を定めている少なくも2個の間隔を空けられた接触域において前 記インサートを軸方向で支持するための軸方向支持面、及びフライスの前記平面 図において前記第1の想像線に直角な第2の想像線を定めている1個の接触域に おいて前記インサートを半径方向で支持するための半径方向支持面が形成されて いる前記フライス。 11.前記軸方向支持面及び前記半径方向支持面が平面でありかつこれらの隣 接支持底面に直角である請求項10によるフライス。 12.前記フライス削り用工具ホルダーが主構成部材を備え、この上に実質的 に環状のフランジリングが後方から嵌められ、前記主構成部材が前記支持底面と 半径方向支持面とを提供し、一方、前記フランジリングが前記軸方向支持面を提 供する請求項11によるフライス。 13.前記フライス削り用工具ホルダーが円盤部材を受け入れるため に形成された凹所を有する主構成部材を備え、前記主構成部材が前記軸方向支持 面を提供し、一方、前記フランジリングが前記支持底面と前記半径方向支持面と を提供する請求項11によるフライス。 14.前記インサート受入れ用ポケットが、長い側面に沿った前切れ刃を有す る長方形のフライス削り用インサートを受け入れるようにされた請求項10−1 3のいずれかによるフライス。 15.回転軸線を有し、かつ主構成部材、及び支持底面、半径方向支持面と軸 方向支持面により各が定められる複数のインサート受入れ用ポケットを形成する ように後方から前記主構成部材上に嵌まっている実質的に環状のフランジリング を備えたフライス削り用工具ホルダーであって、前記環状のフランジリングが前 記複数の軸方向支持面を提供するために回転軸線に直角な高度に平滑な下面を備 えることを特徴とするフライス削り用工具ホルダー。 16.前記複数の底部受け面が回転軸線に平行である請求項15によるフライ ス削り用工具ホルダー。 17.各インサート受入れ用ポケットが、長い側面に沿った前切れ刃を有する 長方形のフライス削り用インサートを受け入れるようにされた請求項16による フライス削り用工具ホルダー。 18.前記主構成部材が、冷却媒体源連通している第1の開口端部及び1個又 は複数個の実質的に半径方向に向けられた流れのダクトと連通している第2の封 鎖された端部を有し実質的に筒状である請求項17によるフライス削り用工具ホ ルダー。 19.各インサート受入れ用ポケットが回転軸線に関して斜めにされて伸びて いてかつ動的な平衡を取るためにこれに沿ってネジで移動し得 る平衡質量を受け入れるようにされたネジ穴と組み合わせられる請求項18によ るフライス削り用工具ホルダー。 20.各インサート受入れ用ポケットが実質的に半径方向に伸びているネジ穴 と組み合わせられ、このネジ穴はその組み合わせられた止めネジを固定するため にこれに押し付けられるようにこのネジ穴に沿ってネジ式に移動可能な固定用ネ ジを受け入れるようにされる請求項19によるフライス削り用工具ホルダー。
