Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.熱的に流動状態にされた熱可塑性組成物を塗布装置から基体上に塗布する塗 布方法において、 前記塗布装置と前記基体との間に接触が無いようにして、前記組成物を前記塗 布装置から連続塗膜として放出し、次に前記基体の面上に配置することを特徴と する塗布方法。 2.前記基体は布地材料であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 3.前記塗布装置は前記基体からある距離において配置され、さらに好ましくは スロットノズルにより形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載 の方法。 4.前記塗布装置と前記基体間の距離は、少なくとも約0.5mm、さらに好ま しくは約20mm以下であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。 5.前記塗布装置は、前記基体の運動行程の一部に設けられ、該運動行程は実質 的に垂直方向に向けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に 記載の方法。 6.前記熱可塑性組成物を、前記基体上に、塗布量が約30g/m2以下、好ま しくは約20g/m2以下、特に好ましくは約10g/m2以下になるように塗布 することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 7.前記熱可塑性組成物は、前記塗布装置より摂氏約125度未満、好ましくは 摂氏110度未満の温度で放出されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか 1項に記載の方法。 8.前記熱可塑性組成物の複素粘度は、塗布温度における約1,000rad/ sで約500ポアズ未満であることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に 記載の方法。 9.前記熱可塑性組成物の複素粘度は、塗布温度における約1rad/sで約1 00〜約1,000ポアズの範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれ か1項に記載の方法。 10.前記熱可塑性組成物はホットメルト接着剤であることを特徴とする請求項 1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 11.少くとも1種の吸収剤材料構造要素と、該吸収剤材料構造要素を実質的に 被覆する少くとも1種の不透湿性の、場合に応じ水蒸気透過性の、内部バリヤー 層、および該バリヤー層に一面で結合する少くとも1種の布地材料外層を有する 吸湿性衛生物品を製造する方法において、 前記内部バリヤー層を形成するために、熱可塑性組成物が、塗布装置から連続 密閉膜として前記布地材料の外層上に、前記塗布装置が基体に接触することなく 、塗布されることを特徴とする吸湿性衛生製品の製造法。 12.好ましくはホットメルト接着剤膜から形成された、前記熱可塑性組成物が 、前記基体上に面積当り重量が30g/m2以下、好ましくは20g/m2以下、 特に好ましくは10g/m2未満で塗布されることを特徴とする請求項11に記 載の方法。 13.前記バリヤー層を形成する前記熱可塑性組成物が前記布地材料上に塗布さ れ、さらにその後、前記ホットメルトが前記布地材料と前記吸収剤要素の面にの み接着して前記布地材料と前記吸収剤要素とを結合するように、前記吸収剤要素 を形成する材料と前記布地材料が結合されることを特徴とする請求項11または 12に記載の方法。 14.前記布地材料と前記吸収剤要素を前記ホットメルトの塗布後直ちに“イン ライン”で結合することを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。 15.体液不透過性バリヤーを有する布地物品において、前記バリヤー層の単位 面積当りの重量は約30g/m2未満、好ましくは約10g/m2未満であること を特徴とする布地物品。 16.前記バリヤー層はホットメルト接着剤を含有することを特徴とする請求項 15に記載の布地物品。 17.前記バリヤー層は、複素粘度がその塗布温度における約1,000rad /sで約500ポアズ未満になるような熱可塑性組成物を含有することを特徴と する請求項15または16に記載の布地物品。 18.前記バリヤー層は、複素粘度がその塗布温度における約1rad/sで約 100〜1,000ポアズの範囲にあるような熱可塑性組成物を含有することを 特徴とする請求項15〜17のいずれか1項に記載の布地物品。 19.少くとも1種の第1の層と少くとも1種の第2の層とを有し、前記第1の 層は透過性の布地基体であり、前記第2の層は体液不透過性バリヤーであり、前 記体液不透過性バリヤーは、塗布量が約30g/m2未満、好ましくは約20g /m2未満、特に好ましくは約10g/m2未満で、前記布地基体の面に接着した 固化ホットメルト接着剤により形成されたことを特徴とする使い捨て衛生物品。 20.少くとも1種の第1の層と少くとも1種の第2の層とを有し、前記第1の 層は体液透過性基体であり、前記第2の層は請求項11〜14のいずれか1項の 方法により形成した体液不透過性バリヤー層であることを特徴とする使い捨て衛 生物品。
