Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 測定目盛(3)を具備する、長さ又は角度測定装置用の帯状の弾性可撓テ ープメジャ(1)において、該テープメジャ(1)が、粘性中間膜(5)を介し て互いに固着する2つの弾性可撓条片(2,4)からなり、該可撓条片(2,4 )のうちの一方の可撓条片(2)上に前記測定目盛(3)を設けたことを特徴と するテープメジャ。 2. 前記測定目盛(3)を具備しない他方の可撓条片(4)が、粘性又は弾性 の中間膜を介して互いに固着する2つの帯状体からなることを特徴とする請求項 1に記載のテープメジャ。 3. 前記粘性中間膜(5)がシリコーンオイルからなることを特徴とする請求 項1又は2に記載のテープメジャ。 4. 前記粘性中間膜(5)が1μm乃至5μmの厚みを有することを特徴とす る請求項3に記載のテープメジャ。 5. 前記粘性中間膜(5)がシリコーングリースから成っていることを特徴と する請求項1又は2に記載のテープメジャ。 6. 前記中間膜(5)の粘性が、3000乃至50000mm2/sの範囲にある ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のテープメジャ。 7. 前記測定目盛(3)を具備しない前記可撓条片(4)が測定目盛(3)を 具備する一方の可撓条片(2)よりも幅広であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6 のいずれか1項に記載のテープメジャ。 8. 前記可撓条片(2、4)が研削又は研磨された表面の鋼帯からなることを 特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のテープメジャ。 9. 前記両条片(2、4)が、それぞれ厚み250μmのばね鋼からなること を特徴とする請求項8に記載のテープメジャ。 10. 前記測定目盛(3)を具備する前記鋼帯(2)の表面に表面層がコーテ ィングされており、該表面層が鋼帯(2)の表面よりも良好な反射特性を有して いることを特徴とする請求項8又は9に記載のテープメジャ。 11. 前記両可撓条片(2、4)が互いに異なる熱膨張率の材料からなること を特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のテープメジャ。 12. 前記両可撓条片(2、4)が、一箇所(8)で互いに固定接続されてい ることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載のテープメジャ。 13. 固定接続の前記箇所(8)が、テープメジャ(1)の両端の一方に配置 されていることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のテープメジャ。 14. 固定接続の前記箇所(8)が、テープメジャ(1)のほぼ中央に配置さ れていることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のテープメジャ。 15. 角度測定装置を形成するためにテープメジャが円筒状本体(12)の外 周の周りに配置されており、前記測定目盛(3)を具備しない前記条片(4)が 本体(12)に当接することを特徴とする請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載 のテープメジャ。 16. 前記測定目盛(3)を具備しない前記可撓条片(4)が、摩擦拘束的に 及び形状拘束的に、あるいはそのいずれかによって前記本体(12)と接続され ていることを特徴とする請求項15に記載のテープメジャ。 17. 前記測定目盛(3)を具備しない前記可撓条片(4)が、前記測定目盛 (3)を具備する前記条片(2)に対する側方案内要素(10;11)を有して いることを特徴とする、請求項15又は16に記載のテープメジャ。 18. 前記測定目盛(3)を具備する前記可撓条片(2)が組立状態で引張応 力を受けていることを特徴とする請求項15〜17のいずれか1項に記載のテー プメジャ。 19. 前記測定目盛(3)を具備する前記可撓条片(2)の両端が、締付鎖錠 具を用いて互いに接続されていることを特徴とする請求項18に記載のテープメ ジャ。 20. 前記測定目盛(3)を具備する前記可撓条片(2)が、前記本体(12 )の周囲にわたって完全には延在していないことを特徴とする請求項15〜19 のいずれか1項に記載のテープメジャ。 21. 前記測定目盛(3)を具備する前記可撓条片(2)が前記本体(12) と少なくとも一箇所で固定接続されていることを特徴とする請求項15〜20の いずれか1項に記載のテープメジャ。
