Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.以下の構成からなることを特徴とする治療に使用するための超音波供給シス テム。 ベース; 前記ベースに取り付けられ、皮膚部に隣接して配置される露出した作用面を含 む超音波発生手段;および 結合ゲルを実質的に作用面に隣接させて密封し保持する封入手段。 2.前記封入手段が前記作用面に隣接させて配置された袋状体であることを特徴 とする請求項1の超音波供給システム。 3.前記封入手段が前記超音波供給システムの作用面を包むための開口部を有す る袋体であることを特徴とする請求項1の超音波供給システム。 4.前記袋体が非浸透材で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項3の超音波供 給システム。 5.前記袋体が化学的に活性化される浸透材で形成されていることを特徴とする 請求項3の超音波供給システム。 6.前記封入手段が前記超音波供給システムの伸縮部の作用面を覆う蓋であるこ とを特徴とする請求項1の超音波供給システム。 7.前記封入手段が、前記作用面に隣接して取り付けるための手段がその外表面 部に設けられた封止された袋体であることを特徴とする請求項1の超音波供給シ ステム。 8.前記封入手段のその少なくとも一部がゴム、ポリウレタン、伸縮柔軟性プラ スチックのうちから選択された材質によって構成されていることを特徴とする請 求項1の超音波供給システム。 9.以下の構成からなることを特徴とする治療に使用するための超音波供給シス テム。 前側平面領域を定めるベース; 前記ベース内に設けられ、皮膚部付近に配置され、前記前側平面領域に隣接し かつ平行に配置される露出された作用面を有する超音波発生手段;および 前記作用面に実質的に隣接させて伝動性ゲルを保持する袋体。 10.前記袋体が非浸透材で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項9の超音波 供給システム。 11.前記袋体が化学的に活性化される浸透材で形成されていることを特徴とす る請求項9の超音波供給システム。 12.前記袋体が前記ベースの末端部を入れるための開口部を有し、これにより 前記作用面を覆っていることを特徴とする請求項9の超音波供給システム。 13.前記袋体の開口部の周辺が前記ベースの末端部を入れるために拡張可能で あることを特徴とする請求項12の超音波供給システム。 14.前記袋体が伸縮性を有しかつ前記前側平面領域よりも小さな表面積を有し 、前記ベースの末端部に張られて前記作用面を覆っていることを特徴とする請求 項12の超音波供給システム。 15.以下の構成からなることを特徴とする治療に使用するための超音波供給シ ステム。 伸縮部を有し、前記伸縮部の一端が前側平面領域を定めるベース; 前記ベース内に設けられ、皮膚部付近に配置され、前記伸縮部の前記前側平面 領域に隣接しかつ平行に配置される露出された作用面を有する超音波発生手段; および 前記作用面に実質的に隣接して結合された伝動性ゲルを封入する密封袋体。 16.前記袋体の外表面部が前記袋体を前記作用面に除去可能に付けるための手 段を含むことを特徴とする請求項15の超音波供給装置。 17.前記袋体の外表面部が前記袋体を前記作用面に接着させるための接着部を 含むことを特徴とする請求項15の超音波供給装置。 18.以下の構成からなることを特徴とする治療に使用するための超音波供給シ ステム。 伸縮部を有し、前記伸縮部の末端が前側平面領域を定める超音波治療モジュー ル; 前記超音波治療モジュール内に設けられ、前記伸縮部の前記前側平面領域とほ ぼ同平面をなす露出された作用面を含む超音波発生手段; 前記作用面を皮膚部に隣接させて前記超音波治療モジュールを配列させ保持す る位置固定具;および 前記伸縮部の末端を入れるための伸張可能な開口部を有し、前記作用面と前記 皮膚位置との間に結合ゲルを実質的に密封して保持する袋体。 19.前記袋体が非浸透材で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項18の超音 波供給システム。 20.前記袋体が化学的に活性化される浸透材で形成されていることを特徴とす る請求項18の超音波供給システム。 21.以下の構成からなることを特徴とする治療に使用するための超音波供給シ ステム。 伸縮部を有し、前記伸縮部の末端が前側平面領域を定める超音波治療モジュー ル; 前記超音波治療モジュール内に設けられ、前記伸縮部の前記前側平面領域とほ ぼ同平面をなす露出された作用面を含む超音波発生手段; 前記作用面を皮膚部に隣接させて前記超音波治療モジュールを配列させ保持す る位置固定具;および 前記伸縮部の末端を入れるための伸張可能な開口部と、前記作用面に接着する ため外表面部に設けられた超音波伝導性の接着部を有し、前記作用面と前記皮膚 位置との間に結合ゲルを実質的に保持する非浸透性の封止された袋体。 22.超音波発生手段と露出された作用面を収容したベースを有する超音波供給 装置から体内の負傷部に超音波治療を施す方法であって、以下の工程からなるこ とを特徴とする方法。 a)前記作用面に実質的に隣接させて結合ゲルを密封する工程; b)密封された前記結合ゲルを体内の負傷部に対応する外部位置付近に配置す る工程;および c)前記作用面から発生された超音波を密封された前記伝導性ゲルを通じて体 内の負傷部に対応する外部位置に向ける工程。 23.前記作用面に実質的に隣接させて結合ゲルを密封する工程が、前記作用面 に伝導性ゲルを配置する工程を含む請求項22の方法。 24.前記作用面に実質的に隣接させて結合ゲルを密封する工程が、前記作用面 の上に袋体を配置することを含む請求項22の方法。 25.前記作用面に実質的に隣接させて結合ゲルを密封する工程が、前記作用面 に伝導性ゲルを配置し、袋体の開口部を拡張し、前記袋体内に前記作用面を入れ ることを含む請求項22の方法。 26.密封された前記結合ゲルを体内の負傷部に対応する外部位置付近に配置す る工程が、前記袋体の外表面の少なくとも一部を前記作用面の反対側にある体内 の負傷部に対応する皮膚位置に隣接するように配置する工程を含む請求項25の 方法。 27.前記作用面に実質的に隣接させて結合ゲルを密封する工程が、伝導性ゲル を封入した密封袋体の表面領域の一部を前記作用面の少なくとも一部に接着する 工程を含む請求項22の方法。 28.密封された前記結合ゲルを体内の負傷部に対応する外部位置付近に配置す る工程が、前記袋体の外表面の少なくとも一部を前記作用面の反対側にある体内 の負傷部に対応する皮膚位置に隣接するように配置する工程を含む請求項27の 方法。 29.体内の負傷部に対応する前記外部位置が人体の鎖骨部位を含む請求項22 の方法。 30.前記作用面に実質的に隣接させて結合ゲルを密封する工程が、前記作用面 の上に非浸透性の袋体を配置することを含む請求項22の方法。 31.前記作用面に実質的に隣接させて結合ゲルを密封する工程が、前記作用面 の上に化学的に活性化される浸透材で形成された袋体を配置することを含む請求 項22の方法。
