Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.不溶性粒子が懸濁している液体を処理して、この液体から不溶性粒子を分離 するのに使用する清澄器であって、該清澄器が、 頂部分と底部分を有する所定の高さのタンク(101,201,301)と 、 被処理液を前記タンクに供給するためにタンクの底部分に開口している供給 ダクト(103,203,303)と、 加圧下で少なくとも供給ダクトに供給される液体の一部に気体を注入して該 液体を該気体で飽和させ、飽和液体がタンク内で減圧されたときに気泡を発生さ せ、かくして発生した気泡が液中で懸濁している粒子に付着して上方に持ちあげ 、タンクの頂部分においてスラッジのフローティング層を形成するようにした注 入手段(105,205)と、 前記タンクの頂部分においてスラッジが形成されている間そのスラッジ層を すくいとるスクレープ手段(109,209,309)と、 前記タンク内の供給ダクトの上方である角度でのびる複数のプレートであっ て、該複数のプレートが上向きに傾斜した一組のチャンネルを区画し、各チャン ネルは上端を有し、そこが開口し、ここからタンクに供給された液体がチャンネ ルに入ると共に、下端を有する複数のプレート(113,212,312)と、 各チャンネルの下端に設けられて、タンク内で処理された液体を集めて抜き 取るための液出口(111,211,311)と、 を備えてなる清澄器。 2.前記プレートが、タンク内で一方が他方の上に積み重ねられて上方が開口し たトローフ(212,312)を区画し、重ねられた各一対のトローフが少なく とも2個の前記チャンネルを区画するように装着され、前記少なくとも2個のチ ャンネルは互いに対称形であり、共通の下端と共通の液出口(211,311) を有する請求項1記載の清澄器。 3.前記タンクが所定の水平断面を有し、前記トローフ(212)がタンクの中 心に位置する同様の漏斗(図3)の形状をしており、前記漏斗はタンクと同じく 所定の水平断面を有し、それぞれ同じ頂点を備えている請求項2記載の清澄器。 4.前記タンク(201)の底部分(215)がその上部に位置する漏斗(21 2)と同じ水平断面と頂点を有しており、供給ダクト(203)が上記底部分の 頂点に開口し、これにより上記底部分がノズルを区画している請求項3記載の清 澄器。 5.処理中に前記漏斗内に降下する重い粒子を捕集するために、対応する液出口 の下方で、さらに各漏斗(212)の頂部から下方にのびる捕集管(217)を 備えている請求項4記載の清澄器。 6.前記所定の水平断面が矩形である請求項5記載の清澄器。 7.前記所定の水平断面が円形である請求項5記載の清澄器。 8.前記各液出口がタンクに隣接するリザーバ(219)に開口しており、前記 液出口からリザーバへの流出量を調整する手段(221)を備え、以て対応する チャンネル内での流速を調整できるようにした請求項5記載の清澄器。 9.さらに、タンクの頂部分においてスクレープ手段(209)の下方に位置す るエアディフューザー(223)を備え、以てスラッジ層の下に空気または空気 −飽和液を注入して、前記スラッジ層の乾燥固体含量を増加させるようにした請 求項5記載の清澄器。 10.前記タンクで捕集された液体を濾過するために前記液出口(111,21 1,311)にスクリーンが設けられている請求項5記載の清澄器。 11.不溶性粒子が懸濁している液体を処理して、この液体から不溶性粒子を分 離する処理方法であって、 頂部分、液体の供給ダクト(103,203,303)の付いた底部分、お よび複数の内部プレート(111,212,312)を有する所定の高さのタン クを備え、該プレートはタンクに対してある角度でのび、上向に傾斜して上 端が開口して下端が閉じた複数のチャンネルを区画しており、 処理すべき液体に加圧下で気体を注入し、前記液体に前記気体を飽和させ、 前記気体−飽和液体をタンクの底部分で前記プレートの下方でダクト内に供 給し、供給した液体を減圧し、これにより気泡が発生して液中に懸濁する粒子に 付着し、これらを浮上させ、タンクの頂部分でスラッジのフローティング層を形 成し、 前記タンクの頂部分で生成している間にスラッジ層をすくい取り、 タンク内で処理した液体を各チャンネルの下端から捕集して抜き取る 工程からなる処理方法。 12.前記供給工程を前記内部プレートの下方に位置するノズル(215)を介 して行い、処理すべき液体の減圧を制御して、タンクの底部分に隣接する内部プ レートに衝突するようにする請求項11記載の処理方法。 13.さらに、処理すべき液体に依って処理のための最適溢流速度を選択し、選 択した最適溢流速度を得るためにタンク内の前記プレートの数および各チャンネ ルの寸法比を選択する工程を含む請求項12記載の処理方法。
