Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.流体流路を形作る壁と、 電極を高圧パルスの電気エネルギー源と電気的に連絡して配置する手段を含み 、それによって、前記流体流路に沿って移動する生物学的粒子がパルス電界に付 される、前記流体流路の対置する面に沿って配置される電極と を備える、生物学的粒子の穿孔装置であって、 前記装置は、変形可能な弾性材料からなる、前記流体流路を形作る前記壁の少 なくとも一つを特徴とし、 それによって、前記流体流路内の一時的な圧力の増加が、前記壁の前記弾性材 料により、少なくとも部分的に吸収される、生物学的粒子の穿孔装置。 2.変形可能な弾性材料からなる、前記流体流路を形作る前記壁の少なくとも一 つが、変形可能な弾性材料からなる二つの前記壁からなる請求の範囲第1項に記 載の装置。 3.前記電極が連続バンド電極を備えてなる請求の範囲第1項に記載の装置。 4.流体流路を形作る壁と、 電極を高圧パルスの電気エネルギー源と電気的に連絡して配置する手段を含み 、それによって、前記流体流路に沿って移動する生物学的粒子がパルス電界に付 される、前記流体流路の対置する面に沿って配置される電極と、 前記粒子が前記流体流路に沿って移動するときに前記生物学的粒子を冷却する 、前記流体流路と熱的に連絡して配置される冷却手段と、 前記流体流路に沿って移動する前記生物学的粒子の温度を測定するための感知 手段と、 前記冷却手段を制御し、前記粒子が前記流体流路に沿って移動するときに前記 生物学的粒子が冷却される程度を調節する、前記測定された温度に応答する制御 手段と を備える、生物学的粒子の穿孔装置。 5.前記冷却手段が、前記流体流路と熱的に連絡する多数の熱電気冷却エレメン トを備える請求の範囲第4項に記載の装置。 6.前記熱電気冷却エレメントが、前記流体流路を形作る前記壁に接触している 請求の範囲第5項に記載の装置。 7.流体流路を形作る壁と、 電極を高圧パルスの電気エネルギー源と電気的に連絡して配置する手段を含み 、それによって、前記流体流路に沿って移動する生物学的粒子がパルス電界に付 される、前記流体流路の対置する面に沿って配置される電極と、 前記流体流路に沿って移動する生物学的粒子を冷却する、前記流体流路と熱的 に連絡して配置される熱電気冷却エレメントの配列と を備える、生物学的粒子の穿孔装置。 8.前記流体流路と熱的に連絡して配置される前記熱電気冷却エレメントの配列 が、前記流体流路を形作る前記壁に接触している熱電気冷却エレメントの配列を 備えてなる請求の範囲第7項に記載の装置。 9.支持部材に取り外しできるように取り付けられる生物学的粒子の穿孔装置で あって、 流体流路を形作る壁と、 電極を高圧パルスの電気エネルギー源と電気的に連絡して配置する手段を含み 、それによって、前記流体流路に沿って移動する生物学的粒子がパルス電界に付 される、前記流体流路の対置する面に沿って配置される電極と、 前記装置が前記支持部材から取り外される前に前記電極を破壊する、前記電極 と作用的に関係する手段とを備え、 それによって前記装置が再使用され得ない、生物学的粒子の穿孔装置。 10.前記電極をエネルギー源と電気的に連絡して配置する前記手段がスピンド ルからなり、前記電極は関係するスピンドルの表面の少なくとも一部に巻き付け られ、 前記電極を破壊する前記手段が、前記電極をその張力の限界を超えて延ばすよ うに前記スピンドルを回転させる手段からなり、それによって前記電極を破断さ せ、電気的に作動不可能にする、 請求の範囲第9項に記載の装置。 11.流体流路を形作る壁と、 電極を高圧パルスの電気エネルギー源と電気的に連絡して配置する手段を含み 、それによって、前記流体流路に沿って移動する生物学的粒子がパルス電界に付 される、前記流体流路の対置する面に沿って配置される電極と、 前記流体流路に沿って前記生物学的粒子を移動させるポンプ手段と、 前記ポンプが前記流体流路に沿って前記生物学的粒子を移動させる速度に応答 して、前記高圧電気エネルギーのパルスの間隔を制御する制御手段とを備え、 それによって前記流体流路に沿って移動する前記生物学的粒子が、前記電極間 でパルスに付される間、所定の数のパルスに付される、 生物学的粒子の穿孔装置。
