Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.光学的に活性な層を含んでなる切り換え可能なコレステリックフィルターの 製造方法であって、重合性の液晶分子の混合物が、2個の実質的に平行な基板の 間に設けられており、これらの基板は、各々電界を印加するための電極を備えて おり、該混合物はUV光により実質的に重合され、三次元ポリマー網状構造を含 んでなるコレステリック秩序の光学活性層を形成する、前記コレステリックフィ ルターの製造方法において、光−安定化合物の量を、混合物に添加することを特 徴とする前記製造方法。 2.混合物に添加される光−安定化合物の量が、混合物の全量に対して計算した 場合、最大5重量%に達する、請求の範囲第1項記載の製造方法。 3.「励起された状態の消光剤」のタイプの化合物を、光−安定化合物として添 加する、請求の範囲第1又は2項記載の製造方法。 4.光−安定化合物に対し、その組成が次式: (式中、X,YおよびZは、H,AH,CH3又はC(CH3)3からなる群から 選ばれる基である)に相当する化合物を使用する、請求の範囲第3項記載の製造 方法。 5.光−安定化合物に対し、その組成が次式: (式中、XおよびYは、H又はCNもしくはNO2の如き電子受容基から成る 群から選ばれる基であり、そしてRおよびR′は、H,CNもしくはNO2の 如き電子受容基、脂肪族基および芳香族基から成る群から選ばれる基である)に 相当する化合物を用いる、請求の範囲第3項記載の製造方法。 6.混合物が、少なくとも2個の重合性基を有するモノマーを最大で2重量%、 1個の重合性基を有する液晶モノマーを最大で90重量%、並びに重合性基を有 しないキラルおよび/又はアキラル結晶分子の混合物を含む、請求の範囲第1〜 5項のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。 7.少なくとも2個の重合性基を有するモノマーが、また液晶グループを含む、 請求の範囲第1〜6項のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。 8.(メタ)アクリレート基を、モノマーの重合性基として用いる、請求の範囲 第1〜7項いずれか1項に記載の製造方法。 9.光源に対する接合部およびコレステリックフィルターを備えた投光照明設備 具であって、請求の範囲第1〜8項のいずれか1項に記載の方法によって製造さ れた切り換え可能なフィルターが用いられている、前記投光照明設備具。
