2. Description of the Related Art For example, such as a hair dye or a bleaching agent,
When seed contents are stored in isolation, mixed and stirred for business use, two closed containers are generally prepared, and the contents of one container are transferred to another container for business use. A method of mixing and stirring the contents in a container is adopted. However, in this method, there are many operations up to mixing, and when transferring the contents, care must be taken not to overturn the container or to spill the contents.

In order to simplify the operation up to mixing, for example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 5-193677 and Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 48-7
No. 81 discloses a container. The former container is obtained by stacking a first bottle having an upper end and a lower end sealed with a lid and a second bottle having an upper end sealed with a lid in an upper and lower two-stage manner through an intermediate part having a ring shape. is there. In use, remove the second bottle from the intermediate part, remove the lid and fit it again into the intermediate part,
Raise the top of the second bottle until it penetrates the middle piece and pushes up the lid sealing the bottom of the first bottle. Then, the lower end of the first bottle communicates with the upper end of the second bottle, and the contents of the first and second bottles are mixed.

[0004] In the latter container, an inner cylinder having a smaller opening than the mouth and having one end opened is provided in an outer cylinder having a wide mouth with a flange formed around the opening and the mouth. It is supported concentrically by fitting, and these mouths and openings are covered with caps. In use, the cap is replaced with a nozzle, and the contents of the outer cylinder flowing out of the mouth and the contents of the inner cylinder flowing out of the opening through the through-hole formed in the flange are mixed in the nozzle.

However, the former container has problems that the number of parts is large and the structure of the container is complicated. In addition, in the case of hair dyes, it is necessary to take out a small amount of each content and perform a patch test before use in order to confirm an allergic reaction, but in the former container, the contents of the second bottle are structurally Cannot be taken out before mixing, and a patch test is impossible.

On the other hand, in the latter case, since the inner cylinder is supported by the outer cylinder only with the flange having the through hole, the strength of the flange tends to be insufficient, and the flange tends to bend due to the presence of the through hole. However, there is a problem that it is difficult to maintain airtightness between the outer cylinder and the inner cylinder. In addition, the inner cylinder is in the way, and the contents of the outer cylinder are less likely to flow into the nozzle. There is also a problem that a quantity of contents cannot be supplied.

e are respectively opened toward the spaces 3c. Then, in this state, the tip of the nozzle 3b is closed with a finger or the like, and the container is inverted so that the nozzle 3b is directed downward, so that the contents of the individual bottles 1 flow out into the space 3c through the communication hole 2a,
They are mixed in the space 3c. The container may be repeatedly upright and inverted to facilitate mixing of the contents. When the contents are mixed, the finger or the like closing the tip of the nozzle 3b is released, and the mixed contents are poured out from the nozzle 3b and used.

Since the container of the present invention comprises only the bottle 1, the mouth 2, the upper lid 3 and the temporary lid 4, the number of parts is very small and the assembling is easy. Therefore, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a container excellent in productivity at low cost. Further, since the contents of the individual bottles 1 are supplied to the space 3c from the communication holes 2a having the same shape, the contents can be discharged in an equal amount. Further, the communication hole 2a
Since there is nothing to prevent the outflow of the contents, the outflow of the contents is easy and easy to use.

A concave portion 2e opening toward the space 3c is formed on the other end surface of the inner lid 2. When the container is turned upside down when the contents are mixed, the concave portion 2e is placed inside the concave portion 2e. The air remaining in the space 3c jumps out of the recess 2e as bubbles and moves upward in the space 3c, that is, toward the tip of the nozzle 3b. As a result, the agitation of the contents is improved by the movement of the bubbles, and therefore, even if the contents have a high viscosity,
The contents can be mixed well.

In addition, the passage of the contents through the communication hole 2a may be stopped by the balance between the surface tension of the contents and the pressure applied to the contents during the passage. The balance of the contents within
As a result, there is also an effect that the balance is broken and the passage of the contents in the communication hole 2a is resumed. In addition, bottle 1
During the outflow of the contents from the bottle, the contents of the bottle 1 are sequentially replaced with air by the ventilation grooves 2c formed in the communication holes 2a, so that the outflow of the contents is further improved.

On the other hand, when performing a patch test, the concave portion 4b formed in the temporary lid 4 is used. That is, before removing the temporary lid 4 and attaching the upper lid 3, the contents of the individual bottles 1 are taken out little by little using a straw or the like and dropped into the recesses 4b on the temporary lid 4 to perform a patch test.

As shown in FIG. 6, the size of the upper cover 3 may be increased (extended) so that the capacity of the space 3c is substantially equal to the total capacity of the bottle 1. In this case, there is an advantage that the contents of the bottle 1 can be mixed at once in the space 3c.
It is also possible to improve the stirring property of the contents by reducing the thickness of the upper lid 3 covering the periphery of the space 3c and rubbing this portion to mix the contents.

The container of the present invention is not limited to a hair dye and a bleaching agent, and can be used as a cosmetic, a chemical, or an adhesive as long as a plurality of contents are isolated and stored and used as a mixture for business. It can be widely applied to the above. Also, by increasing the number of bottles 1 and communication holes 2a, it is also possible to apply the present invention to a container for mixing three or more kinds of contents.

As described above, since the container of the present invention is composed of only the bottle, the mouth, the upper lid and the temporary lid, the number of parts is very small and the assembling is easy.
Therefore, according to the present invention, a container excellent in productivity can be provided at low cost. In addition, since the contents of the individual bottles are supplied to the space from the communication holes having the same shape, the same amount of the contents can be discharged. Furthermore, since there is nothing in the communication hole that prevents the outflow of the contents, the outflow of the contents is easy and the usability is good.

In the case where a concave portion that opens toward the space is formed on the other end surface of the inner lid, if the container that has been inverted when the contents are mixed is erected, air remaining in the concave portion due to the inversion may be removed. Then, the air bubbles fly out of the concave portions as bubbles and move upward in the space, that is, toward the nozzle tip side. As a result, the agitation of the contents is improved by the movement of the air bubbles, and therefore, even if the contents have a high viscosity, the contents can be sufficiently mixed.
