【発明の属する技術分野】
本願の発明は、複数の種類の内容物を一定の割合で混合して使用可能にした混合分配容器に係わるもので、更に詳細には、混合すべき溶液等の内容物を、ヒンジ蓋を有する一つの注出容器内に各々分離された状態で一体に収容しておいて、使用時に前記内容物を容器内で確実に混合せしめてから注出して使用することができる混合可能な分配容器に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来から複数の成分を予め混合しておいて使用するようにしたものとしては、化粧品や殺虫剤、殺菌剤、調味料その他の飲食品等の多くのものが知られているが、しかし、混合した状態で長期間にわたって保管されているうちに、内容物が変質したり、劣化したりするようなものについては、通常はそれぞれの成分を別々の容器に保管しておいて、使用する直前になって各容器から取り出して混合してから使用する方法が取られている。

そして、上記のように複数の内容物を別々の容器に収容したものは、内容物を容器から注出して混合する際に、内容物がこぼれて無駄を生じたり、周囲を汚したり、また、混合比率が一定しなかったりする等の問題点があった。
そこで、別々に収容された内容物をこぼさずに容器内で混合できるようにすることが考えられて、その結果、実開昭61−141231号公報や実開昭58−46741号公報、あるいは、実開昭58−145868号公報や実開平2−16777号公報等に見られるように、同一容器の内部を破断可能な仕切り体を設けて区切った混合可能な容器や異なる内容物が収容された二つの容器を連結して一体にした容器等が各種提案されている。

しかし、上記したような構造の混合容器は、構造が複雑であったり、開閉蓋がないので、使いかけのものを保存しておくことができずに、混合したものは全部使い切らなくてはならなかったりして、生産コストや商品としての価格を低減することが困難である。
そこで、容器の構造をもう少し簡単にすると共に、内容物を容易に混合できるようにした混合容器を形成するために、溶液を収容した中空容器の口頸部に螺着する蓋体部分に混合すべき成分を収容した混合容器が、実公昭52−51103号公報や実開平4−132069号公報等に提案されている。

上記したような考案の混合容器は、使用する際に蓋部を捻ることにより、蓋部分に液体等が収容された収容室の底部の一部が破断開口して、開口部から液体が流出して、容器本体部分に収容された液体上に落下して混合するので、混合液が漏れるようなこともなく、簡単に混合することができて、また、容器の開口部も蓋体により密閉されているので、使い残した混合液も保存しておくことができて便利である。
しかし、上記公報に記載された考案は、密閉蓋部がねじ蓋形式であるので、蓋部を開閉するのにやや面倒な点があり、また、開口部が容器の口頸部の先端から蓋部を外したままの大きさであるから、容器を傾けて注出刷る際に内容物が出過ぎる傾向ことがある。

そこで、上記のような問題点を改良して、内溶液の混合が簡単にできて、容器の蓋部の開閉が容易にできるようにすると共に、内溶液を注出する際には、注出量を容易に加減することができるような構造にするために、ヒンジ蓋を有する蓋体を用いた混合容器の発明が、特開2000−72185号として、提案されている。
上記混合容器の発明は、容器の開口部を開閉する蓋体として、ヒンジ蓋からなる蓋体を用いて蓋部の開閉が容易にできるようにすると共に、該蓋体に混合液を収容可能に形成して、該蓋体を主液を収容した中空容器本体の口頸部に嵌着して、簡単に混合液を混合することができるように構成した二液混合形式の混合容器である。

上記混合容器は、図4に示すように、中空容器41の口頸部41aに螺合可能に形成した筒状体42にヒンジ蓋43を螺着して一体にした蓋体46に混合液を収容したものを、溶液を収容した容器本体の口頸部に螺着して構成されている。
そして、前記筒状体42は、下端部に容器本体の口頸部41aに螺合するネジ部42aと開閉弁を形成する開口部42cを設けた底壁部42bを有すると共に、上端部にヒンジ蓋43を螺着、固定するネジ部42dが形成されている。
このように形成された筒状体42の上端部に、注出口兼充填口44aが設けられた中蓋44を有するヒンジ蓋43の外筒部43aを螺着、固定すると共に、ヒンジ蓋の中蓋の下面に設けられた栓体44bを前記開口部に嵌入、密着させて開閉弁を構成して、混合液を収容する収容部を形成した蓋体46を形成する。

上記のように形成された蓋体46を主液を収容した中空容器本体41の口頸部41aに嵌着、固定して、該蓋体に混合液を中蓋の注出口44aから充填してから、ヒンジ蓋の外蓋45を閉じると、外蓋の内面に突設された密閉栓45aが前記注出口に嵌合して密閉されて、液体混合容器が形成される。
このように形成された液体混合容器は、使用するに際して、図5に示すように、ヒンジ蓋43の外蓋45を開いてからヒンジ蓋の外筒部43aを捻じると、前記栓体44bが上方へ移動して底部が開口するので、蓋体の収容部に収容されていた混合液が容器本体内の主液上に落下して混合される。

このようにして、蓋体の内部に収容されていた混合液が容器本体内の主液の上に落下して混合されたものは、そのまま中空容器を揺することにより内容液は均一に混合されるので、ヒンジ蓋を開いた容器を傾けることにより混合された溶液は注出口から所定量づつ注出してそのまま使用することができる。
そして、このようにして使用した後に使い切れずに混合溶液が残された場合には、ヒンジ蓋43を再び閉じることにより、ヒンジ蓋の外蓋45の内面に突設した密閉栓45が中蓋の開口部44aに密に嵌入されるので、容器の開口部を簡単に密閉することができて、暫くの間は密封状態で保存することができる。

上記のように構成された混合容器は、ヒンジ蓋からなる蓋体の内部に収容されている混合用の溶液を、特別な操作をしなくても、単にヒンジ蓋の外筒部を捻ることにより容易に容器本体内に流出させて、容器本体内で容易に均一に混合することができて、そのまま使用することができるので便利であり、また、使用した後で容器の開口部を簡単に密封することができて保存性もある。
しかし、上記した混合容器は、蓋体のヒンジ蓋が剥き出し状態になっているので、不用意にヒンジ蓋が廻るような力が作用すると、内部の混合液が流出して主液と混合する恐れがある。
また、このような蓋体の構造はやや複雑な形状をしていて、成形金型の製作が面倒な点があり、また、蓋体を組み立てるのにも手間が掛かるので、生産コストを低減させて安価な混合容器を製造するにはやや困難な点もあって、まだ改良の余地がある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
混合すべき二液を一つの容器内に別々に分離して収容した混合容器に於いて、容器の蓋部内に収容した混合すべき溶液と中空容器本体内に収容した主液とを中空容器本体内で簡単に混合できるような構造にした混合容器を形成するために、前記中空容器の口頸部に嵌着して開口部を密閉する蓋体を、容易に開閉することができるような蓋体に形成すると共に、該蓋体が不用意に開くことがないように形成して、更に、前記蓋体内に収容した混合すべき溶液を簡単に放出することができるように形成すると共に、使い残した溶液を保存することができるように前記容器本体の開口部を密に閉止できるように形成する。
そして、このような蓋体をできるだけ簡単な構造をしたものとすることにより、蓋体を容易に組み立てることができるようにして、安価に製造することができるようにした混合容器を提供することを目的とする。

混合容器本体の口頸部に嵌着する蓋体をヒンジ蓋を用いて容易に開閉できるような蓋体に形成すると共に、該蓋体内に混合すべき混合溶液を簡単に流出できるように密封した蓋体に形成して、主液を収容した中空容器本体の口頸部に簡単に嵌着された前記蓋体を回動させることにより混合溶液を簡単に流出できるように形成すると共に、前記蓋体から流出した混合溶液を主液に混入せしめて前記容器本体内で容易に混合できるようにした混合容器を形成する。

上記したヒンジ蓋からなる開閉自在な蓋体は、中空容器の口頸部に嵌合して混合液の収容室を形成する筒状の収容筒体に流出口を設けておいて、該収容筒体に前記混合液の流出口を密閉、開放する中筒体を摺動可能に嵌合して混合液収容体を形成すると共に、該混合液収容体の中筒体の先端部にヒンジ結合された開閉自在な外蓋を有するヒンジ蓋の円筒状胴部を嵌合せしめて一体となすことにより、中空容器の口頸部に嵌合可能で開閉自在な蓋体を形成する。
上記のように形成された蓋体の混合液収容体内に混合すべき溶液を収容してなるヒンジ蓋からなる開閉自在な蓋体にキャップカバーを冠着せしめて、蓋体が不用意に開くのを防止すると共に、前記混合液収容体の中筒体を回動可能となして、前記流出口を開口可能となした蓋体を、主液を収容した中空容器本体の口頸部に嵌着せしめて容易に混合可能にした混合容器を形成する。

【発明の実施の形態】
コンタクトレンズやその他の物品を消毒したり、洗浄したりするのに適した各種の溶液、あるいは、各種の液体化粧料や調味料、または、複数の液体等を混合して使用する溶液を一つの容器に収容してなる混合容器を、主液を収容した中空容器本体1と、前記容器本体の口頸部1aに嵌着可能に形成すると共に、主液に混合すべき混合液を流出可能に収容したヒンジ蓋からなる開閉自在な蓋体2とから構成する。
前記蓋体2は、中空容器本体1の口頸部1aに嵌合可能に形成した筒状の混合液収容筒体3と、該収容筒体に摺動可能に嵌合して混合液を流出可能にした混合液収容体を形成する中筒体4と、該混合液収容体の中筒体4の開口端に嵌着する開閉自在なヒンジ蓋5とを一体に結合した蓋体に、キャップカバーを前記中筒体4を回動するように被着せしめて構成される。

このようにして容器内で溶液が均一に混合された中空容器は、更にキャップカバー8を回転させると、蓋体2に係合していたキャップカバー8の係合突起8bが収容筒体3の外周の案内溝3kから外れて、キャップカバー8は蓋体2から分離してヒンジ蓋5が現れるので、ヒンジ蓋の鍔部5aに指先を掛けて押し上げると外蓋7が開くので、容器を傾けることにより混合された溶液を蓋体の開口6aから簡単に注出して使用することができる。

本願発明の液体混合容器について、最適な実施例に基づいて、図面を参照しつつ以下に詳細に説明する。
本願の発明は、混合される複数の溶液を一つの容器に収容した混合容器を、図4に示すように、主液を収容してなる中空容器本体1の口頸部1aに、混合すべき溶液を収容してなるヒンジ蓋5からなる開閉自在な蓋体2を嵌着して、該蓋体にキャップカバー8を被着して溶液を混合可能に構成したものである。
前記開閉自在な蓋体2は、図1に示すように、中空容器本体1の口頸部1aに嵌着可能に形成した筒状体の底部に流出口3gを設けた収容筒体3と、該収容筒体に摺動可能に嵌合して前記流出口を開閉可能にする中筒体4と、該中筒体4に嵌合するヒンジ蓋5とから形成される。
そして、上記収容筒体3に対して中筒体4を混合液の流出口3gを開閉可能となるように嵌合せしめて一体となした混合液収容体を形成して、前記中筒体4の開口端部にヒンジ蓋5の円筒胴部5cを嵌合せしめて一体となして開閉自在な蓋体2に形成して、該蓋体にキャップカバー8を被着して、該キャップカバーの回転により中筒体4が回動するように形成して、中空容器の口頸部に嵌合可能な蓋体を構成する。

前記のように構成した蓋体2に於いて、混合液を収容する収容筒体3は、図3に示すように、中空容器本体1の口頸部1aの内周面に密着する内筒壁3aと外周面に嵌合する外筒壁3bとを頂壁部3cを介して連結して断面U字状をした嵌合凹部が形成されて、前記頂壁3cには、収容筒体3に嵌合して混合液の流出口3gを開閉する中筒体4を支持して係合する支持片3dを立設して、また、収容筒体3の底部3eには、中筒体4の下端部4fが係合される環状溝3fと該環状溝に混合液を流出させる流出口3gが形成されている。同じく、前記中筒体4は、収容筒体3の内筒壁3aに嵌合する内筒部4aと、その上部壁面に突設したフランジ部(頂壁部)4cと、該フランジ端部から垂設した外筒部4bとで前記収容筒体3の支持片3dが係合する係合凹部が形成されて、また、外筒部4bの外面にはキャップカバー8の係合突条8aが係合する係止歯4dが形成されている。
