When a particularly transparent base material sheet is used, if a layer such as a fluorine-based resin layer or a silicon-based resin layer is provided between the transfer layer and the base sheet, the transfer layer can be transferred. In addition, transferability to the transfer substrate can be improved. After the first decorative board is thus obtained, the base sheet having the remaining non-transferable decorative layer is adhered to the adhesive base material to produce the second decorative board. It becomes a system-based resin layer or a silicon-based resin layer, and has excellent contamination resistance. As will be described later, provided that the transfer layer can transfer, a layer made of, for example, a thermosetting resin, an ultraviolet-curing resin, an ionizing radiation-curing resin, or the like is not limited to the above-described fluorine-based resin and silicon-based resin. Then, the second decorative board becomes excellent in stain resistance and abrasion resistance.

The ink and resin used as the transfer layer are not particularly limited. A method is conceivable in which a material which is easily peeled off from the compatibility with the base sheet is selected, or a transfer layer in which a release layer is provided between the sheet and the picture layer is formed. Further, as the transfer layer, it is also possible to form a composite transfer layer such as a release layer, a surface protective layer for a decorative plate, a picture layer, an adhesive layer, and the like.

The ink and binder resin used as the non-transferable decorative layer are not particularly limited, and may be appropriately selected in consideration of the base sheet and the ink or binder resin. However, unlike the release layer, the adhesion must be sufficient to adhere to the substrate. Alternatively, a method of improving the adhesion by performing a surface treatment such as a corona treatment and a primer treatment on the base material may be adopted. Examples of the resin include a fluorine resin, an acrylic resin, a polyvinyl chloride resin, an alkyd resin, a polyamide resin, a polyester resin, a polyvinyl chloride resin, a polyvinyl acetate resin, a cellulose resin, and the like. And a resin or a copolymer thereof. In addition, an ink using a polyester polyol as a binder is preferable based on its cohesion, and the cohesion can be further improved by crosslinking with an isocyanate. Further, the non-transferable decorative layer may be adhered to the base material via an adhesive, and the adhesive layer may be provided in a way that the step of applying the adhesive to the transfer base material is omitted. There is no particular limitation, and a urethane-based hot-melt adhesive or the like may be used as needed. Care must be taken in selection, as certain adhesives may not exhibit the desired adhesion. After the transfer of the transfer layer, when bonding the substrate side of the substrate sheet having a non-transfer decoration layer to the substrate to be adhered,
A transparent protective layer may be provided in advance on the non-transferable decorative layer.

The transfer can be performed by a known roll transfer method or a pressure bonding method using a press plate. In the case of roll transfer, the sheet after the transfer may be wound once, or may be bonded inline to another substrate. It is sufficient that the sheet after peeling has sufficient transferability, but the sheet may remain on the sheet without being partially transferred. In this case, it is necessary to apply a solvent and wipe off.

The decorative material of the present invention is not problematic when used as a single sheet, but when wound up on a paper tube, the transfer layer and the non-transferable decoration are used due to the weight of the sheet and stacking after winding. Layers may block. To do so, use a quick-drying ink such as a melamine-based or aminoalkyd-based ink, or an ultraviolet or ionizing radiation-curable ink, either ink or both inks, or a powder such as silica that prevents blocking in the resin layer. Or simultaneously winding a sheet or paper for blocking resistance.

FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view showing a decorative material 10 of an example in which a non-transferable decorative layer 13 and a transfer layer 12 are laminated on one surface of a base sheet 11 in this order. The configuration is not particularly limited as long as the transfer layer 12 is transferred to the transfer target substrate by the roll press bonding or the flat plate press, and the non-transferable decorative layer 13 remains. The adhesive strength between the non-transferable decorative layer 13 and the transfer layer 12 may be smaller than the adhesive strength between the transfer layer after transfer and the substrate to be transferred. If necessary, a release layer may be provided between the non-transferable decorative layer 13 and the transfer layer 12. Further, by providing a surface protective layer between the non-transferable decorative layer 13 and the transfer layer 12, the surface protective layer can be a release layer or a surface protective layer after sticking on a plate.
