棒支持部に前記弁棒が軸まわりに回転自在に支持され、
前記弁棒の軸まわりの正逆方向の回転により前記弁体が
弁口部内側の弁箱シートに接離して該弁口部を開閉する
ように構成された偏心構造弁において、前記弁箱シート
の外周部に設けた径方向外向きの環状溝と、前記弁口部
内側の弁箱シート嵌合部に設けられて前記径方向外向き
の環状溝に対向する径方向内向きの環状溝とで環状の空
間が形成され、この環状の空間に複数個のボールが前記
弁箱の半径方向に少なくとも一列で円周方向に配列して
嵌合封入されて弁箱シートの軸方向の移動を規制すると
ともに、該環状の空間にボールを導入し、かつ環状の空
間からボールを排出する導入・排出通路が弁箱に設けら
れ、この導入・排出通路が前記環状の空間内での複数の
ボールの嵌合封入状態を保持する封止栓で開閉可能に閉
塞されていることを特徴とする偏心構造弁における弁箱
シートの取付け構造。
