After moving the rotating device by a predetermined width, by repeating this operation,
A continuous image of the tunnel wall surface in the tunnel axis direction can be obtained. If the line sensor camera scans in the circumferential direction of the tunnel wall surface, it is possible to obtain an image that is continuous in the circumferential direction, so that an image without distortion in the circumferential direction can be obtained. In addition, since this image has an accurate circumferential address (positional relationship), images acquired for each predetermined width can be accurately joined in the tunnel axis direction.
