(57)【要約】 【課題】 ノズル内のシーリング材が硬化するのを防
ぎ、さらにキャップを取ると、キャップ内の固まったシ
ーリング材が一緒に取り除かれすぐ作業に移れ、長期間
保存できるシーリング材のノズル用キャップを提供す
る。 【解決手段】 キャップ本体（２）の開口部の円周面
（２ａ）に、切れ目（３）を十字型に入れたフタ（４）
を固着し、キャップ内の空気を遮断することを特徴とす
る。

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【発明の属する技術分野】この発明は、建築で使用する
ガラス、サッシ廻り、各種目地にカートリッジ型コーキ
ングガンで充填する１成分型カートリッジのコーキング
用シーリング材についての事である。カートリッジのコ
ーキング用シーリング材の充填作業後、使用途中のノズ
ル内のシーリング材が硬化するのを防ぎ、さらに固まり
を取り除くシーリング材のノズル用キャップに関するも
のである。

【従来の技術】従来より、コーキング用シーリング材の
充填作業後、使用途中の保管方法がなく、硬化するのを
防ぐために、ノズルの先にテープ等を巻くか、そのまま
放置して使用する時、新しいノズルに交換する。シーリ
ング材は種類、色が多く用途に応じて使い分けする、し
たがって、使用途中のシーリング材が多くなる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】イ．ノズルの先にテー
プ等を巻いても、２、３日でノズル内のシーリング材は
硬化し、すぐには作業に移れない。 ロ．硬化したノズル内の固まりを取り除くのが大変煩わ
しかった。 ハ．ノズルを交換するのは簡単だが、長く置きすぎると
使用不能になる。本発明は、以上の欠点を解決するため
に発明されたものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】キャップ本体（２）の開
口部の円周面（２ａ）に、切れ目（３）を十字型に入れ
たフタ（４）を固着する。以上の構成からなる、シーリ
ング材のノズル用キャップである。

【発明の実施の形態】以下、本発明の実施の形態につい
て説明する。 （１）は本発明のシーリング材のノズル用キャップで、
このキャップ本体（２）は円柱で、キャップ本体（２）
の開口部の円周面（２ａ）に固着された、円周面（２
ａ）の内側に接する部分より、切れ目（３）を入れたフ
タ（４）で構成され、このフタ（４）の切れ目（３）は
十字型に入れて、大小のノズル（５）が入る様にし、こ
のフタ（４）は薄く軟質のもので形成されている。本発
明を使用する場合、シーリング材の充填作業が終わった
ら、ノズル（５）の先に切れ目（３）のあるフタ（４）
の方からキャップ本体（２）をかぶせて、キャップ本体
（２）内にフタ（４）の切れ目（３）から、はみだす位
にシーリング材（６）を充填して、キャップ本体（２）
内の空気を排出し、さらにフタ（４）によって外気が遮
断され、その結果、長期間保存できる。

【発明の効果】本発明を使用することによって、ノズル
内のシーリング材が硬化するのを防ぎ、長期間保存する
事ができる。又、キャップ本体を取ると、キャップ内の
固まったシーリング材が一緒に取り除かれ、煩わしさが
なく、すぐ作業に移れる。
