Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deliciously perform cooking without mixing oil and soup or the like generated from one cooking material into the other cooking material at the time of simultaneously cooking the different kinds of the cooking materials on one cooking plate. SOLUTION: A recessed and projected part 8 is provided on the almost center part of the upper surface of the cooking plate 7, the outer periphery is turned to a flat part 10 and a projected partition wall 11 is provided so as to surround the recessed and projected part 8 between the flat part 10 and the recessed and projected part 8. Thus, even when different cooking is simultaneously performed on the upper surfaces of the recessed and projected part 8 and the flat part 10, the oil and the soup in cooking on the recessed and projected part 8 are made not to flow to the flat part by the partition wall 11 and cooking is deliciously performed.

The changeover switch 18 is set to energize both the inner heating element 5a and the outer heating element 5b simultaneously. Therefore, both the inner heating element 5a and the outer heating element 5b are energized to start heating. next,
Slide the knob 14 to set the temperature controller 13 to a predetermined temperature. Next, when the cooking plate 7 is appropriately warmed, the meat pieces of the food are placed on the uneven portions 8 of the cooking plate 7 and the vegetables are placed on the flat portion 10, respectively. After a predetermined time,
The grilled meat is completed on the uneven portion 8, and the vegetables are completed on the flat portion 10. At this time, gravy from the meat or oil laid on the upper surface of the uneven portion 8 during cooking flows in the concave portion 8a because the uneven portion 8 has a dome shape, and flows into the oil reservoir 9 formed on the outer periphery of the uneven portion 8. Accumulate in The gravy, oil, and the like accumulated in the oil reservoir 9 are separated by the partition 11 into the flat portion 10.
To prevent intrusion. Therefore, the food on the flat portion 10 is not mixed with meat juice, oil, or the like, and can be deliciously cooked.
