Concentration of paper materials such as waste paper after dissolving is different from papermaking, in that the dissolved material is not supplied in small portions uniformly on the fabric, but the solid content is dispersed unevenly. It is released in a state where it is done. Therefore, a large load is unevenly applied to the woven fabric, and the rotating endless woven fabric skews and sometimes comes off the inner roll. In order to prevent this phenomenon, a groove was formed in the inner roll, and it was attempted to provide guide protrusions to be fitted in the grooves at both ends in the width direction of the fabric. They cut in a short time while traveling. Similarly, when the side surface of the guide projection is brought into contact with the end face of the inner roll without providing the fitting groove in the inner roll to prevent the skew, cutting also occurs. In the above-mentioned known technique of Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2-14090, a guide projection is sewn on a fabric to prevent this cutting. Unlike fusion, the fixation by suturing cuts the fabric considerably because of the play between the protrusion and the fabric. However, there is a disadvantage that the cutting cannot be completely prevented and the guide performance is reduced. Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 4-361682 discloses an endless woven fabric for concentration in which an anti-bend portion is provided at an ear portion and a guide projection is provided at the anti-bend portion. Although this fabric has excellent guiding performance, there was a problem that the fabric was cut at the inner end portion of the anti-bending portion during use. Further, Japanese Unexamined Patent Application Publication No.
No. 144185 discloses an endless woven fabric for concentrating which has at least three layers of weft yarns to prevent cutting of the woven fabric. These proposals have made it possible to considerably prevent the cutting of the woven fabric, but cannot completely prevent cutting at the inner end of the anti-bending portion, and have the disadvantage that the structure of the woven fabric itself is limited. Was. The present invention solves the above-mentioned drawbacks and provides a woven fabric having good guiding properties and cutting resistance.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Since a woven fabric is woven by warps and wefts, it does not necessarily have uniform elongation, tensile strength and rigidity as a whole, even if it is not rigid but is finished. Therefore, when rotated endlessly, the woven fabric moves from the side with the larger elongation to the side with the smaller elongation. Also, the fabric is skewed to one side due to the crimp arrangement on the running surface of the fabric. Furthermore, if the center adjustment of the running of the endless rotating device is not sufficient, the fabric will also lean to one side.

[0006] The skew of the fabric occurs due to such various causes. Thus, the direction of the skew is determined by the respective fabric and by the endless rotating device. Therefore, if the skew direction is determined, a guide projection may be provided on the opposite ear, but usually the skew side is unknown, so it is desirable to dispose it on both ears. By the way, in concentrating paper materials such as waste paper, these dissolved materials are supplied onto the fabric or between the fabric and the inner roll, and compressed between the fabric and the inner roll, or dewatered by centrifugal force. Therefore, when a heavy object is placed on the fabric or between the fabric and the inner roll, the tension changes, and skew is promoted. If the skew is severe, the fabric will come off the inner roll.

[0007] A guide projection is provided at an end in the width direction of the fabric,
When guided by fitting into the groove provided in the inner roll,
When the depth of the groove is almost equal to the guide projection, when the woven fabric attempts to move inward with respect to the guide projection, the inner surface of the guide projection is attached to the inner wall surface of the groove in the part of the fabric that is in contact with the inner roll. The guide projections are pulled inward and come out of the groove, so that the outside of the guide projections rises and the fabric is bent near the inner surface of the guide projections.

On the other hand, when the woven fabric moves outward with respect to the guide projection, the outer surface of the guide projection abuts the outer wall surface of the groove in the portion of the woven fabric that is in contact with the inner roll, but the woven fabric moves further outward. Since the guide projections are to be moved, the guide projections are pushed outward and come out of the grooves, so that the inside of the guide projections rises and the fabric is pressed against the guide projections and bent. Then, bending away from the inner roll is removed. Since this bending motion is repeatedly performed, the fabric is cut near the inner side surface of the guide projection.

If the guide projections are slightly loosened when the guide projections are loosened, and play is provided to allow the guide projections to move slightly when the fabric is pressed against the guide projections, the bending of the fabrics is somewhat relaxed, but cutting is prevented. I can't do that. In addition, if the guide projections are loosely fixed, the guide performance is reduced, and there is a disadvantage that the tendency to escape from the groove of the inner roll is increased. The protrusion may be provided at one end in the width direction of the fabric, or may be provided at both ends. Of course, the guide protrusions may be in contact with and guide the inner roll end surface. In this case, it is preferable that the guide projections are arranged at both ends in the width direction of the fabric. In this case, when the woven fabric is stretched, the guide projection is not directly stretched on the inner roll, so that tension is not directly applied and the tension is lower than that of the woven fabric. Therefore, the guide projection is bent in the center axis direction of the inner roll at the end face of the inner roll at the portion of the fabric in contact with the inner roll.
For this reason, the fabric is bent near the inner surface of the guide projection. The bending is alleviated to the extent that it bends slowly when it is separated from the inner roll. When this bending is continuously repeated, the fabric near the guide projection is worn by the end shoulder of the inner roll due to the bending of the guide projection toward the center axis of the inner roll, so that the fabric is near the inner side surface of the guide projection. Disconnect. In the case where an inner roll provided with a groove whose groove depth is larger than that of the guide projection is used, cutting is performed in the same manner as described above.

以下ポリウレタン樹脂を用いた場合をもって説明する。
According to the present invention, an anti-bending portion made of a thermoplastic resin having a width of 30 to 50 mm is arranged at a position where a guide roll is disposed at an end portion in a width direction of the woven fabric, and a guide projection is fused to the anti-refraction portion. Stick. The fusion is firmly bonded to the woven fabric by such fusion, so that the guide is good. The anti-bending portion is formed by laminating a thermoplastic resin sheet on the widthwise end of the fabric and heat-compressing the thermoplastic resin sheet, so that the thermoplastic resin penetrates into the fabric structure and is united with the fabric to form an unbent ear portion. The anti-bending portion needs to have a width of 30 mm to 50 mm. If it is less than 30 mm, refraction tends to occur. The effect does not change even if it is 50 mm or more. As the thermoplastic resin used in the present invention, polyurethane resin, nylon, polyester resin, vinyl chloride resin and the like are used, and polyurethane resin is most preferable.
Hereinafter, a case where a polyurethane resin is used will be described.

It is necessary that the amount of the polyurethane resin in the anti-bending portion fills at least 85% of the space of the fabric. 8
If it is less than 5%, the anti-bending effect is small, and the fusion with the guide projection becomes insufficient. Since the guide projection is fused with the anti-bending portion, a projection formed of the same polyurethane resin as the above-mentioned polyurethane resin sheet is most preferable. The shape of the projection may be any shape such as rectangular, circular, or triangular in cross section as long as the shape fits the groove of the inner roll. However, a projection having a trapezoidal cross section is preferable because the fusion area is large.

The use of a polyurethane resin for processing the projections and ears has high strength, good abrasion resistance, good bonding with a woven fabric, and high flexibility, so that folding with an inner roll is good. Because. The projection may be a continuous rod-shaped body or may be formed of several discontinuous rod-shaped bodies. However, when the projection is made discontinuous, the folding by the inner roll is further improved. According to the present invention, the rigidity inside the anti-bending portion is formed smaller than the rigidity outside. In order to reduce the rigidity in this way, there is no difference in rigidity at the boundary between the anti-bending portion and the fabric, and the fabric is prevented from being locally bent at that portion, and cutting does not occur. The inner portion where the rigidity of the anti-bending portion is reduced is not particularly limited, but the thickness is gradually reduced toward the right inner end portion, a hole or groove is formed, or the end portion has a wavy shape. It can be made by forming it in a sawtooth shape. It has been described above that it is desirable that the resin of the anti-bending portion fills at least 85% of the space of the woven fabric. However, since the inner portion having reduced rigidity is formed thin or has holes, it is necessary to fill in 85% or more. In some cases, filling cannot be performed.

In the endless woven fabric of the present invention, a polyurethane resin sheet having a thickness of 1 mm to 1.5 mm is placed on the ears at the widthwise ends of the woven fabric and heated and pressed to sufficiently penetrate the resin into the interior of the woven fabric. To the vicinity of the side surface. Then, a protrusion formed of the same type of polyurethane resin is heated and pressed from the opposite surface to which the woven fabric sheet is pressed, and the two polyurethane resins are fused to be integrated to be manufactured. The endless woven fabric for concentrating paper material of the present invention continuously removes ink particles, ash, and fine fibers that do not form paper from the aqueous solution of the paper material by the nip pressure between the inner roll and the fabric and the centrifugal force generated by high-speed rotation. You do it.

FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view showing the arrangement of an anti-bend portion and a guide projection at an edge at the widthwise end of the woven fabric of the present invention.
Reference numeral 1 denotes a woven fabric, which is woven by warp 2 and weft 3. The anti-bending portion 4 of the polyurethane resin sheet is superimposed on one surface of the end portion in the width direction, and a projection 8 having a trapezoidal cross section is fused to the opposite side. The inner side 5 of the anti-bending portion is formed gradually thinner toward the inner end, and has a low rigidity.

FIG. 2 shows an end section of a woven fabric provided with guide projections. It can be seen that the polyurethane resin sheet heat-pressed to the woven fabric penetrates into the structure of the woven fabric and also penetrates to near the opposite surface. Thus, the anti-bending portion is formed. The guide projections are also heated and pressed, and a part of the guide projections penetrates into the woven fabric and is fused integrally with the anti-bending portion. Thus, the ears of the fabric have a structure wrapped with the polyurethane resin. Therefore, the woven fabric does not bend even near the inner side surface of the guide projection.

FIG. 3 shows a cross section in which the woven fabric of the present invention is stretched around the inner roll 9, and the guide projection is in contact with the end face of the inner roll. In this example, the projections are arranged at the ears at both ends of the fabric. However, even if the projections are arranged only at one ear, the width of the skew is prevented, so that the falling off from the inner roll does not occur. FIG. 4 is a plan view and a sectional view showing another anti-bending portion of the present invention. The rigidity is reduced by forming a hole 6 inside the anti-bending portion 5. FIG. 5 is a plan view and a sectional view showing another anti-bending portion of the present invention. Inside of anti-bending part 5
The rigidity is reduced by forming a groove 7 in the groove. FIG. 6 is a plan view and a sectional view showing another anti-bending portion of the present invention. The rigidity is reduced by forming the inner side 5 of the anti-bending portion in a wavy shape. FIG. 7 is a plan view and a sectional view showing another anti-bending portion of the present invention. The rigidity is reduced by forming the inner side 5 of the anti-bending portion in a sawtooth shape.
