2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, plywood, MDF (medium density fiberboard),
Moisture or water absorption of hard board, particle board, etc.
Or, a decorative sheet such as a thermosetting resin-impregnated paper or a thermoplastic resin sheet is laminated and fixed to one surface of a so-called wood-based base material whose moisture content is liable to change due to moisture release to form a decorative coating layer. Decorative boards are often used and used for various purposes such as decorative architectural boards, furniture surface decorative boards, etc. May be affected by moisture when used. That is, when the water content of the wood-based substrate is smaller than the equilibrium water content of the wood-based substrate under the open-air condition, the decorative sheet of the decorative board is laminated, and moisture is absorbed or absorbed from the surface that is not fixed. On the other hand, when the water content of the wood-based material is larger than the equilibrium water content of the wood-based material under the open air condition, the water-based material tends to expand and contract. On the other hand, there is almost no moisture absorption and desorption from the surface side since a decorative coating layer is generally applied to the surface side. Therefore, there is a problem that the expansion rate or the shrinkage rate of the front side and the back side of the decorative board are different, and the wooden base material is warped.

As a method of preventing such a warp of a wooden base material, the present applicant has proposed a moisture-proof sheet having a structure in which a thermoplastic synthetic resin layer is sandwiched between paper layers. Affixing to the back surface was proposed in Japanese Patent Application No. 7-206644. By doing so, wood-based decorative boards without warping or distortion were obtained even under adverse use or storage conditions, but these decorative boards were adhered to a core material or a frame material, and a flash structure indoor room was used. Often used for doors, sliding doors, partitions, etc., the adhesiveness between each member is strongly required as the quality performance of the structure, the inter-sheet strength of the paper layer used for the moisture-proof sheet is increased, and the paper layer and the thermoplastic composite are used. In order to improve the adhesiveness to the resin layer and reduce the unevenness of the adhesiveness, the paper layer constituting the moisture-proof sheet uses inter-sheet reinforced paper, and the corona discharge treatment is applied to the surface in contact with the thermoplastic synthetic resin extruded layer. A decorative board laminated with moisture-proof sheet
As a method of bonding, apply an adhesive to both or one of the opposing adhesive surfaces, put the opposing adhesive surfaces together, clamp the adhered wood, and place it in a heated air atmosphere with it clamped and pressed. By sandwiching the adhered wood between metal hot plates and heating the metal forming the hot plate in contact with the wood, the adhesive is dried and hardened to produce a flash-structured indoor door, sliding door, partition, etc. Was. However, all of these bonding methods have low heating efficiency and low thermal conductivity of the wood itself, so that it takes a long time to heat the inside of the wood, and uneven heating occurs on the surface and inside of the wood. And there is a problem in terms of productivity and quality.

As a method for solving the above problems, a bonding method using high-frequency heating has been proposed. By using this bonding method, the heating efficiency is improved, the heating time is shortened, the heating unevenness does not occur, and the productivity is greatly improved, but the heating method is different from heat conduction,
Due to the internal heat generated by the high frequency, the heating is uniform and the temperature rises quickly, so the curing temperature of the adhesive increases, and the residual moisture in the adhesive evaporates, which causes the paper layer and thermoplastic synthetic resin layer to Has a new problem in that the interface is easily deteriorated, the adhesive strength is reduced, and the possibility of peeling is generated.

In order to achieve the above object, the decorative board of the present invention has a decorative sheet laminated on one side of a wooden base material and two paper layers on the other side. In a decorative board formed by laminating moisture-proof sheets adhered through an extrusion coat layer of a thermoplastic synthetic resin, a surface where the moisture-proof sheet is in contact with the two paper layers and the extrusion coat layer of the thermoplastic synthetic resin Characterized in that an anchor coat layer is provided on at least one surface of the above. With this configuration, it is possible to provide a decorative board in which warpage and distortion do not occur even under a use environment or a storage condition under bad conditions. In addition, since the anchor coat layer is provided on the surface where the paper layer and the extruded coat layer of the thermoplastic synthetic resin are in contact with each other, a decrease in interlayer adhesion of the moisture-proof sheet due to the effect of high temperature during high frequency heating is prevented, As a post-processing means, it is possible to provide a decorative plate in which a high-frequency heating method with good productivity can be used. In addition, since both surfaces of the moisture-proof sheet are covered with the paper layer, the paper layer absorbs the adhesive well, so that it can be easily attached to a wooden base material and adhered to a door core material or another base material.

As the extrusion lamination method of polyethylene, usually, a non-polar polyolefin is used, which is heated to a temperature of generally 300 ° C. or higher in an extruder, kneaded, and extruded as a molten web from a T-die.
This is a method of causing air oxidation in the air gap to generate a polar group on the surface, and then pressing the paper layer, which has been subjected to an appropriate pretreatment, between a nip roll and a cooling roll while simultaneously cooling the paper layer. Examples of the method include a method of applying an anchor coat layer, a corona discharge treatment, a flame treatment, and the like. When a high-temperature treatment such as high-frequency dielectric heating is performed, a method of applying an anchor coat layer is preferable.

As shown in FIG. 2, the moisture-proof sheet 4 includes a paper layer 42, an anchor coat layer 44, and a thermoplastic synthetic resin layer 4.
1, the paper layer 43 is laminated in this order, and as shown in FIG.
To make a decorative board 1. By doing so, as shown in FIG. 3, the paper layer 42 and the core material 6 on the lower surface of the decorative board 1 are made of an emulsion type adhesive which is safe against fire, has no odor, and is inexpensive. The high frequency heating method with good productivity can be easily used for the application. That is, the anchor coat layer 44 improves the adhesiveness between the paper layer 42 and the thermoplastic synthetic resin layer 41 by improving the adhesiveness between the paper surface and the resin, and the adhesive layer 5 due to internal heat generated by high-frequency heating. Is high, the residual moisture in the adhesive layer 5 'is heated and water vapor is generated, so that the anchor coat layer 44 is not deteriorated, and therefore the adhesion between the paper layer 42 and the thermoplastic synthetic resin layer 41 is good. ,
Since the generated water vapor is blocked by the thermoplastic synthetic resin layer 41, the deterioration of the adhesive strength between the thermoplastic synthetic resin layer 41 and the paper layer 43 can be prevented. In addition, a thermoplastic synthetic resin is extruded from an extrusion die into a film shape, and is obtained by supplying air or oxygen to a normal ozone generator on the surface of the obtained thermoplastic synthetic resin film in which at least the surface portion is in a molten state. By blowing the ozone, the surface of the thermoplastic synthetic resin film is oxidized, and the adhesive strength between the film and the paper layer having the anchor coat layer can be improved.

The bonding of members by high-frequency heating used in the present invention is such that when a high-frequency voltage is applied to the bonding surface of a processed material such as a decorative plate, a frame material, a core material, the material constituting the processed material and the adhesive violently rotates and vibrates. Heat is generated from the inside of the work material and the adhesive due to the friction between the molecules caused by this, instantly curing the adhesive and performing strong adhesion, fundamentally different from external heating, decorative board, Since the processing material itself such as the frame material and the core material generates heat, it has good thermal efficiency, greatly contributing to labor saving and improving productivity, and is not affected by the thermal conductivity of the processing material or the thickness of the material, Since uniform heating can be achieved, uniform bonding can be achieved. Alternatively, the electrode plate may be formed into a desired shape and heated only at a specific portion for bonding.

EXAMPLES Example 1 Weighing 30 g / m 2 paper-to-paper reinforced paper (manufactured by Sanko Paper Co., Ltd.
X-30), a polyester polyol-isocyanate-based adhesive was applied by a gravure coating method so as to be 2 g / m 2 (dry) and dried, and then polyethylene was applied to a thickness of 30 μm from a T-die extruder. The film was extruded and coated, and at the same time, the back surface of another inter-sheet reinforced paper (FIX-30, manufactured by Sanko Paper Co., Ltd.) weighing 30 g / m 2 was laminated by corona discharge treatment and cooled by a chill roll. A moisture-proof sheet in which the thin paper had a two-layer structure was produced. Next, an MDF decorative sheet was prepared by laminating an 80 μm thick vinyl chloride decorative sheet to an MDF having a thickness of 3.0 mm with an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin adhesive. Then, the MDF decorative sheet having the moisture-proof layer is superimposed on the back side of the MDF decorative sheet so that the corona-discharge-treated layer side of the moisture-proof sheet obtained above is placed on the back side, and bonded using an emulsion-type vinyl acetate resin-based adhesive. I got a board.

The decorative board of the present invention has a structure in which two paper layers are adhered to the back surface of a wooden base material through a thermoplastic synthetic resin extrusion coat layer, and a moisture-proof sheet is bonded to the back side. Since moisture and moisture from the back of the decorative board are blocked by the thermoplastic synthetic resin layer, the occurrence of warpage is prevented,
Further, the moisture-proof sheet adhered to the back of the decorative board has a three-layer structure in which a thermoplastic synthetic resin layer is used as a core layer and paper layers are integrally laminated on the front and back thereof. In addition to the moisture-proofing effect of the layer, the paper layer on the front and back sides uses an emulsion-type adhesive that is safe against fire, has no odor, and is inexpensive, on the back side of the decorative board and the post-processing surface. At the same time as exhibiting good adhesive strength, since an anchor coat layer is provided between the paper layer and the thermoplastic synthetic resin extruding layer, the application of a flash structure door, sliding door, partition, etc. is also performed by a high frequency dielectric. The heating method can be easily performed at a high speed, and a product having a stable quality can be obtained, and the use of the decorative board having a wooden board as a substrate can be further expanded.
