【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 略箱形状に形成されて上面にシフトレバ
ーが揺動するシフト溝を有するハウジングと、このハウ
ジングの上部に冠着され、シフト溝に沿って複数個のシ
フトポジションを表示する文字盤を有するインジケータ
と、このインジケータと前記ハウジングの間に介在して
前記文字板を照光する導光板と、この導光板の下部で前
記シフト溝を遮蔽するスライドプレートとを備えた自動
変速機操作装置において、前記導光板は、ランプからの
光を前記文字板及びシフト溝の周囲に向けて放つ放光部
を有する上面部と、前記ハウジングの側壁に沿って垂下
して配置され前記上面部に光を導く導光部と、この導光
部の下部に配置されたランプを収納するランプハウスと
からなり、前記インジケータに前記導光板の導光部に沿
ったカバー部を一体成形するとともに、前記ランプハウ
スを覆うように遮光プレートを配設したことを特徴とす
る自動変速機操作装置。

An automatic transmission operating device comprising: an indicator having a panel; a light guide plate interposed between the indicator and the housing for illuminating the dial; and a slide plate for shielding the shift groove below the light guide plate. In the light guide plate, an upper surface portion having a light emitting portion that emits light from a lamp toward the periphery of the dial and the shift groove, and a light guide plate disposed to hang down along a side wall of the housing, the light guide plate being provided with light. And a lamp house for accommodating a lamp disposed below the light guide. The indicator is integrally formed with a cover along the light guide of the light guide plate. An automatic transmission operating device, which is formed and has a light shielding plate disposed so as to cover the lamp house.
