Description

The present invention relates to a vehicle compartment storage structure, and more particularly to a vehicle compartment storage structure that illuminates a storage recess in which a beverage container or the like is stored.

Usually, a cup holder is installed in the passenger compartment of an automobile. When the passenger compartment is dark, it is difficult to visually recognize the cup holder, so it is necessary to illuminate the cup holder. For example, Patent Document 1 describes a structure for illuminating two cup holders (11A, 11B). That is, in this structure, a pair of light guide members (5, 5) is combined with one light emitter (6), and light emitted from the light emitter (6) is cup holder (5, 5) by the light guide members (5, 5). 11A and 11B).
JP 2006-69356 A

In the conventional structure, the light guide members (5, 5) and the light emitter (6) are separately assembled on the back side of the main body (1) of the cup holder (11A, 11B). Moreover, in order to install the light guide member (5, 5), a mold (4) obtained by casting the light guide member (5, 5) is provided, and the light guide member (5, 5) is provided in the mold (4). 5) is fitted.
Therefore, if the design of the shape of the main body (1) is changed, the installation positions of the light guide members (5, 5) and the light emitters (6) and the shape of the light guide members (5, 5) need to be changed. Since it is necessary to guide the light without leakage through the light guide members (5, 5), it is difficult to change the design of the shape of the light guide members (5, 5).
Moreover, since the light guide members (5, 5) are fitted in the mold (4), when a beverage or the like enters the portion, the light guide members (5, 5) are contaminated by the beverage or the like. .
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to make it possible to easily change the installation position of the light guide member and the light emitter without changing the design of the shape of the light guide member, and to prevent contamination of the light guide member. That is.

According to the present invention, since the attachment portion is attached to the back surface of the interior member, the light guide member itself can be separated from the back surface of the interior member. Therefore, even if a beverage or the like enters the back side of the interior member, the beverage or the like hardly adheres to the light guide member. Even if a beverage or the like adheres to the light guide member, the beverage or the like drops from the light guide member. Therefore, the light guide member can be prevented from being soiled.
Moreover, since the attachment portion, the light guide member, and the light emitter are unitized, these units can be installed on the back side of the interior member regardless of the size and shape of the storage recess. Therefore, even when the design of the shape of the interior member is changed by a model change or the like, the installation position of the unit can be easily changed without changing the design of the light guide member, the mounting portion, and the light emitting unit.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments for carrying out the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a storage structure 1 for a passenger compartment.
The vehicle compartment storage structure 1 includes an interior member 2. The interior member 2 is a console box, and the interior member 2 is provided between the left and right seats in the vehicle interior. The interior member 2 can be undulated by the undulation structure and is installed in the interior of the automobile. When the interior member 2 is used, the interior member 2 is laid down so as to be parallel to the floor surface. In use, the interior member 2 is erected so as to be perpendicular to the floor surface.

Two storage recesses 4 and 5 are formed on the front surface 3 of the interior member 2. The storage recesses 4 and 5 are arranged side by side. The storage recesses 4 and 5 are surrounded by the peripheral wall portions 6 and 7, and the storage recesses 4 and 5 further have bottoms 8 and 9. Beverage containers and the like can be stored in the openings of the storage recesses 4 and 5 from above the storage recesses 4 and 5, and the beverage containers and the like stored in the storage recesses 4 and 5 are placed on the bottoms 8 and 9. By abutting on the peripheral wall portions 6 and 7, the front and rear, left and right movements of the beverage container and the like are restrained.

FIG. 2 is a view showing the back surface 12 of the interior member 2. Since the housing recesses 4, 5 are formed in the interior member 2, the portions corresponding to the housing recesses 4, 5 are convex on the back surface 12 of the interior member 2 as shown in FIG. 2.

FIG. 3 is a view showing the interior member 2 as viewed from above in a state in which the peripheral wall portions 6 and 7 of the storage recesses 4 and 5 are broken along a cross section parallel to the bottoms 8 and 9. As shown in FIGS. 1, 2, and 3, an illumination window 10 is formed on the peripheral wall 6, and an illumination window 11 is formed on the peripheral wall 7. In particular, the illumination window 10 is formed near the housing recess 5 in the peripheral wall 6, and the illumination window 11 is formed near the housing recess 4 in the peripheral wall 7. Further, the illumination windows 10 and 11 are formed at symmetrical positions with respect to a line 50 crossing between the storage recesses 4 and 5. This line 50 is a center line between the storage recesses 4 and 5.

The illumination windows 10 and 11 penetrate the peripheral wall portions 6 and 7 from the front surface 3 of the interior member 2 to the back surface 12 of the interior member 2. Note that portions corresponding to the illumination windows 10 and 11 may be blocked by a transparent material (for example, transparent plastic, glass, or the like).

An illumination unit 20 is attached to the back surface 12 of the interior member 2.
FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing the lighting unit 20. The lighting unit 20 is molded separately from the body 21, the body 21, the mounting portion 22 assembled to the body 21, and the body 21 and the mounting portion 22 are molded separately from the body 21 and the mounting portion 22. It has the light guide member 23 assembled | attached and the light-emitting body 24 assembled | attached to the attaching part 22. FIG. The body 21, the mounting portion 22, the light guide member 23, and the light emitter 24 are assembled into a unit.

The material of the body 21 is PBT (polybutylene terephthalate), and the body 21 is molded into a cylindrical shape.

The material of the attachment portion 22 is PBT. The attachment portion 22 is fitted into the body 21 through an opening at one end of the body 21, and the claws formed on the attachment portion 22 are locked to the body 21. A part of the attachment portion 22 extends from the body 21, the extended portion is formed in a plate shape, and a through hole 25 is formed in that portion.

The light emitter 24 is a light emitting diode. The light emitter 24 is mounted on a printed circuit board, and the printed circuit board is assembled to the mounting portion 22 together with the printed circuit board. The light emitter 24 is disposed inside the body 21 in a state where the light emitter 24 is assembled to the attachment portion 22. The printed circuit board has several terminals, and the coupler 40 fitted in the opening 26 at the other end of the body 21 is connected to the terminal of the printed circuit board.

導光部材23の材質はPC(ポリカーボネート)である。 The material of the light guide member 23 is PC (polycarbonate). The light guide member 23 has a symmetrical shape. The light guide member 23 has a bifurcated shape. The light guide member 23 has one input and two outputs. Specifically, the light guide member 23 includes a light guide path 31, a reflecting surface 32, a light guide path 33, and light guide branches 34 and 35. A base 38 (shown in FIG. 5) is formed at the distal end portion of the light guide path 31, and the base 38 is assembled to the mounting portion 22. The leading end of the light guide 31 is an input, and the leading end is opposed to the light emitter 24. The light guide path 31 extends upward from the body 21 and the mounting portion 22, and the other end portion of the light guide path 31 is connected to one end portion of the light guide path 33. A reflection surface 32 is formed. The other end portion of the light guide path 33 is connected to one end portions of the light guide branches 34 and 35 and is branched at that portion. The light guide branches 34 and 35 are curved, and the tip portions 36 and 37 of the light guide branches 34 and 35 are outputs.

As shown in FIGS. 2, 3, and 5, the attachment portion 22 of the illumination unit 20 is attached to the back surface 12 of the interior member 2 with screws 41. Specifically, the screw 41 is inserted into the through hole 25 of the attachment portion 22 and is screwed into the back surface 12 of the interior member 2. Thereby, the illumination unit 20 is supported by the screw 41 in a cantilever shape. The light guide member 23 has a symmetrical shape, and the through hole 25 is provided on the center line.

The portion to which the screw 41 is tightened is on a line 50 that crosses between the storage recesses 4 and 5, and the center line of the screw 41 is in the direction of this line 50 and the left-right direction in which the storage recesses 4 and 5 are arranged in parallel. It is vertical. Therefore, when the screw 41 is loosened, the screw 41 serves as an axis, and the body 21, the attachment portion 22, and the light guide member 23 can be rotated around the screw 41.

In the state where the lighting unit 20 is attached, the light guide member 23 is bifurcated in the parallel direction (left and right direction) of the housing recesses 4 and 5, and the distal end portion 36 of the light guide branch 34 is directed to the illumination window 10 to guide the light. The tip 37 of the optical branch 35 is directed toward the illumination window 11. Here, the light guide branches 34 and 35 are curved, the distal end portion 36 of the light guide branch 34 is directed to the bottom 8 side of the storage recess 4, and the tip portion 37 of the light guide branch 35 is the bottom 9 of the storage recess 4. Oriented to the side. In the state where the illumination unit 20 is attached, the surface of the light guide member 23 is not in contact with the back surface 12 of the interior member 2 and is separated from the back surface 12.

When the illumination windows 10 and 11 are through holes, the tip portions 36 and 37 of the light guide branches 34 and 35 may be inserted into the illumination windows 10 and 11. However, in this case, it is preferable that the tip portions 36 and 38 of the light guide branches 34 and 35 do not protrude from the illumination windows 10 and 11 into the housing recesses 4 and 5.

When the light emitter 24 emits light, the light enters the tip portion of the light guide path 31, propagates through the light guide member 23, and exits from the tip portions 36 and 37 of the light guide branches 34 and 35. Since light propagating in the light guide member 23 is reflected by the surface of the light guide member 23, almost no light leakage occurs between the tip portion of the light guide path 31 and the tip portions 36 and 37 of the light guide branches 34 and 35. Absent. The storage recesses 4 and 5 and the containers stored in the storage recesses 4 and 5 are illuminated by light emitted from the tip portions 36 and 37 of the light guide branches 34 and 35.

In the present embodiment, since the body 21, the mounting portion 22, the light guide member 23, and the light emitter 24 are unitized, the lighting unit 20 is attached to the interior member 2 regardless of the size and shape of the housing recesses 4 and 5. It can be installed on the back side. Therefore, even when the shape of the interior member 2 is changed by a model change or the like, the lighting unit 20 can be used as it is without changing the design of the lighting unit 20.

Further, since the light guide member 23 is assembled to the attachment portion 22 and the attachment portion 22 is attached to the back surface 12 of the interior member 2 by screws 41, the light guide member 23 is brought into direct contact with the back surface 12 of the interior member 2. Or do not need to be installed. That is, it is not necessary to form the installation area where the light guide member 23 is formed by the ribs or the like.

In addition, the light guide member 23 is not fitted into the installation area that has been molded to it, but the light guide member 23 is only supported on the back surface 12 of the interior member 2 via the mounting portion 22. The illumination unit 20 can be rotated around 41. By rotating the illumination unit 20 around the screw 41, the direction of the tip portions 36 and 37 of the light guide branches 34 and 35 can be adjusted. That is, the light emission direction and the light irradiation range can be adjusted.

Further, the surface of the light guide member 23 is separated from the back surface 12 without contacting the back surface 12 of the interior member 2. The occurrence of light leakage on the surface of the light guide member 23 can be suppressed.

In addition, since the light guide member 23 is separated from the back side surface of the storage recesses 4 and 5, the beverage in the container stored in the storage recesses 4 and 5 spills and passes from the illumination windows 10 and 11 to the back side of the interior member 2. Even if it penetrates, it is difficult for the beverage to adhere to the light guide member 23. In particular, since the lighting unit 20 is supported in the shape of a cantilever, even if the infused beverage adheres to the light guide member 23, the beverage does not stay in the adhered state but drops down. Therefore, it is possible to suppress dirt on the light guide member 23 and a decrease in illumination illuminance.

Further, since the tip portions 36 and 37 of the light guide branches 34 and 35 are directed to the bottoms 8 and 9 of the storage recesses 4 and 5, the light emitted from the tip portions 36 and 37 is emitted from the openings of the storage recesses 4 and 5. There is no direct leakage. That is, the light leaking from the openings of the storage recesses 4 and 5 is reflected light and indirect light.

Moreover, since the two storage recessed parts 4 and 5 are illuminated by the light emitted from one light emitter 24, these illuminances and illumination colors can be made uniform. Further, since the number of the light emitters 24 is one, the manufacturing cost and the number of parts can be suppressed, and the power consumption can be suppressed.

The embodiments to which the present invention can be applied are not limited to the above-described embodiments, and can be appropriately changed without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
For example, in the above embodiment, the interior member 2 is a console box. However, for example, when two concave portions are formed in parallel on the surface of a dashboard or a lining (for example, a door lining, a lining on the back of a seat, etc.) The present invention can be provided.
The light emitter 24 is not limited to a light emitting diode, and may be another light emitter (for example, a cold cathode fluorescent tube).
