2. Description of the Related Art As a conventional plate material for a concrete formwork, a wooden plywood or a metal plate is known. The weight of such a plate material for a concrete form increases as the size of the building increases, and the workability deteriorates.
Therefore, for the purpose of reducing the weight of the concrete form, there have been proposed some concrete form plates using a light high-foam resin as a core material and integrally providing resin sheet layers on both surfaces thereof. For example, Japanese Unexamined Utility Model Publication No. 7-25114 discloses a laminated board material in which a thermoplastic resin foam is used as a core material, and a resin sheet layer in which glass fibers are arranged in a specific direction is provided on both surfaces thereof. Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 8-93217 discloses a plate for a concrete formwork in which a urethane foam resin is used as a core material and a resin sheet layer made of polypropylene mixed with glass fibers is provided on both surfaces thereof.
Further, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. Hei 8-100523 discloses that a block made of a foamed resin such as styrene foam resin is used as a core material, the inner layer portion of the core material is made to have high foaming, and the surface layer portion is made to have low foaming. A plate for concrete formwork containing fibers is disclosed.

[0003] However, since the above-mentioned conventional plate material for concrete form uses glass fiber,
There are the following problems. (I) The plate material for the concrete formwork containing the glass fiber becomes harder and harder to nail. (Ii) If the plate material for the formwork is cut into a desired shape by, for example, a circular saw, the dust of the glass fiber is scattered, which adversely affects the human body. Also, glass fiber often damages the saw teeth. (Iii) Aggregates contained in the concrete may cause the surface of the plate for the form to be worn when the ready-mixed concrete is poured into the form. In this case, the glass fiber exposed on the worn surface has an affinity for the concrete. For this reason, the plate material for the formwork and the concrete adhere to each other, and the release operation becomes difficult. (Iv) In recent years, there has been a demand for recycling of used resins due to the increasing awareness of global environmental protection. However, resins containing glass fibers are practically difficult to recycle. (V) Molds that do not use glass fiber, such as those made of polypropylene or polystyrene, have the drawback that nails are easily pulled out when nailed.

In the concrete formwork plate of the present invention, by providing resin sheet layers on both sides of the core material, structural rigidity is imparted more than the formwork plate without the core. The resin sheet layer may or may not be foamed, but is preferably non-foamed in order to impart more rigidity. In addition, on the concrete casting surface of the resin sheet layer, an uneven portion having a desired shape such as a woodgrain or a lattice can be formed. This uneven part improves the bond between hardened concrete and these heavy surface finishing materials when mortaring, tiling, stone finishing, etc. are performed as the surface finish after the cast concrete has hardened. It has a function to do. The uneven portion can be formed by using a means well known in the art, for example, embossing, and has a step of about several mm or less. It is also a preferable embodiment to use a highly cross-linkable material having excellent abrasion resistance, ultraviolet resistance and the like for the resin sheet layer to increase the durability against external factors.

The concrete form plate of the present invention has a predetermined thickness as described above, and a resin plate-like material is used as a core material, and a resin of the same material as the core material is formed on both sides of the core material. The sheet layer is provided integrally. Moreover, it is not necessary to mix glass fibers in the core material and the resin sheet layer. Therefore, pre-treatment and dismantling are not required at the time of recycling after use. The recycled material can be used as a new material, for example, as a core material of a synthetic resin concrete form plate. For the core material, one such recycled material is used.
About 80% by weight. Thus, the plate material for concrete formwork of the present invention is excellent in recyclability.

The present invention will be further described below with reference to examples. As a material for the core material and the resin sheet layer, a styrene-based thermoplastic resin obtained by copolymerizing butylene rubber at a ratio of 14% by weight was used. The size of the core material is 8mm thick, 60 vertical
0 mm and 1800 mm in width were set. A resin sheet layer having a thickness of 2 mm was integrally provided on both sides of the core material. The method of integration is sticking with an adhesive. As the core material, a material obtained by foaming the above-mentioned styrene-based thermoplastic resin at an expansion ratio of 300% was used. A non-foamed styrene-based thermoplastic resin was used for the resin sheet layer. The flexural modulus of the thus obtained concrete formwork plate of the present invention is 1800.
It was found to be 0 kgf / cm 2 . This value is
It sufficiently satisfies the rigidity required for a concrete form plate. Using the concrete form plate of the present invention, concrete is poured into a desired shape, cured, and released, and the appearance is no different from that using a conventional form using plywood. And a concrete compact of good performance was obtained.

Further, using the obtained plate material for a concrete form of the present invention, a panel as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 was prepared and concrete was cast. The stability of the driven nail was good. Yes, there was no need to perform nailing or reworking panels once during the six months of the concrete construction period. When the panel was used for 12 rotations, almost no concrete adhesion was observed on the surface of the formwork. After construction, the nails could be removed in the same procedure as for plywood.
