Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a building panel, and more particularly to a building panel used for a concrete formwork panel or a wall, floor or ceiling of a building.
Conventionally, wood plywood has been widely used as a concrete formwork panel. However, wood plywood is used only 3-7 times, so that not only a large amount of building waste is generated, but also a large amount of wood resources obtained from tropical forests are consumed, so reduction in use is required. Also, wood plywood is usually laminated with about 6 veneers and bonded with vinyl acetate adhesive. When incinerating waste materials, harmful gases such as dioxins are generated, causing environmental pollution. . Further, the wood plywood has a problem that it not only increases the weight by absorbing water due to surplus water when placing concrete or rain during storage, but also decreases the strength. In addition, as described above, since a vinyl acetate adhesive is used in the case of plywood, there is a problem of a sick house when used for residential construction, and it cannot be used particularly in a clean room or the like. .
In view of the problems of the above-described wood plywood and synthetic resin-made concrete formwork panels, the present invention is lightweight, high-strength and excellent in durability, and is reduced in strength or deformed due to water absorption or temperature fluctuations. The object of the present invention is to provide a building panel that can be used for floors, walls, ceilings, etc.
In order to achieve the above object, a building panel according to the present invention is made by kneading cement, water and a foaming agent, forming into a plate shape and curing and solidifying, and dispersing a glass chop in the molded body. One or two or more reinforcing sheets, mats or mats (hereinafter referred to as “reinforcing sheets”) that are contained in a state and have a large number of through holes in the middle portion in the thickness direction, have a specific gravity of It consists of a porous molded body of 1.0 g / cm 3 or less.
In the building panel of the present invention, the glass chop is preferably contained in an amount of 3 to 15% by volume based on the kneaded product of cement and water.
The reinforcing sheet in the building panel of the present invention is preferably made of glass fiber. For example, a glass chopped strand mat (also referred to as a glass chopped slab mat, hereinafter abbreviated as “strand mat”), a glass net, or a glass net. It is preferable to use glass cloth or the like.
The building panel of the present invention may appropriately contain sand, gravel or other aggregates.
A water-resistant layer can be provided on the building panel surface of the present invention, and this water-resistant layer can be provided by laminating water-resistant paper coated with a synthetic resin film.
Since the building panel according to the present invention uses cement as a main material and does not use wood resources like wooden plywood, it can reduce the use of wood resources from tropical forests and contribute to environmental conservation. In addition, since it is more durable and used more frequently than wood plywood, it can reduce building waste and construction costs. Also, since vinyl acetate adhesive is not used like plywood, there is no problem of generating toxic gas during incineration like wood plywood when processing waste materials, and there is no problem of sick house and it can be used in clean rooms. . In addition, since it is made of a porous molded body having a large number of closed cells formed by a foaming agent, the specific gravity is as light as 1.0 g / cm 3 or less, it has excellent workability, and there is little increase in weight due to water absorption, resulting in a decrease in strength. There is no problem. Furthermore, since the porous molded body has a structure reinforced with a glass chop contained in a dispersed state and a reinforcing sheet embedded in the middle of the thickness direction, the porous molded body has at least a high strength of Young's modulus of 2000 MPa or more. However, it has excellent processability such as nailing, and the glass chop and the reinforcing sheet contained in the molded body firmly hold the nail that is driven in, so that it is not only for concrete formwork but also for building walls. , Floors, ceilings and the like. Moreover, since the said reinforcement sheet has many through-holes, the adhesive strength of the porous molded object part which the cement solidified and the reinforcement sheet is high, and there is also no fear of delamination.
In the building panel of the present invention, the glass chop is contained in an amount of 3 to 15% by volume with respect to the kneaded mixture of cement and water, thereby ensuring sufficient strength against the cast concrete pressure.
In the building panel of the present invention, a high-strength panel can be obtained by using a glass fiber reinforcing sheet, preferably a strand mat, a glass net or a glass cloth.
The building panel of the present invention can be made stronger by using mortar containing sand, concrete containing gravel, or by appropriately blending other aggregates.
By providing a water-resistant layer on the surface of the building panel of the present invention, when used as a concrete formwork, surplus water at the time of placing concrete and water absorption due to rainfall can be further reduced, and an increase in weight due to water absorption can be prevented. The finish of the casting surface will be beautiful and the releasability from the cast concrete will be improved.
By providing the water-resistant layer by laminating water-resistant paper coated with a synthetic resin film on the panel surface, water absorption can be surely prevented, and a smooth and clean concrete placement surface can be obtained and the concrete can be removed from the placed concrete. The releasability is also good.
FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view showing an embodiment of a
The cement used in the present invention is not particularly limited, and various cements such as ordinary Portland cement, early-strength Portland cement, and ultra-early-strength Portland cement can be used. From the viewpoint of productivity and strength, it is preferable to use early-strength Portland cement. Further, the foaming agent is not particularly limited, and various known foaming agents such as a protein system, a surfactant system, and a resin system can be used. Furthermore, although the fiber length of the glass chop which is a short glass fiber is not specifically limited, the thing of the range of 3-20 mm is preferable, More preferably, it is 5-15 mm. If the fiber length is less than 3 mm, the glass chop tends to have insufficient reinforcing effect, and if it exceeds 20 mm, the dispersibility tends to decrease. In addition, as the reinforcing
In addition, in order to improve the adhesion between the glass fiber material such as glass chop, strand mat, glass net or glass cloth and cement solidified material, and to make a higher strength panel, the glass chop, strand mat, As a glass fiber material such as glass net or glass cloth, it is also preferable to use a material in which an epoxy or styrene binder is sprayed or impregnated.
The
In the above case, the blending ratio of cement and water is preferably in the range of cement: water = 1: 1 to 1: 0.2 by weight ratio. If the amount of water is too much, the strength tends to decrease. If the amount of water is too small, the fluidity of the cement milk tends to be lowered during molding, thereby hindering the moldability. Moreover, it is preferable that the addition amount of glass chop shall be 3-15 volume% with respect to the kneaded material (cement milk) of cement and water. When the glass chop is less than 3% by volume, the strength of the resulting panel tends to be insufficient. On the other hand, when the glass chop exceeds 15% by volume, the dispersibility with respect to cement milk is deteriorated and the strength of the panel tends to be uneven. Furthermore, the amount of the foaming agent added is not particularly limited, but it is usually in the range of 0.5 to 5% by weight with respect to the cement, and the specific gravity of the obtained panel is 1.0 g / cm 3 or less. What is necessary is just to adjust suitably so that it may become the value which becomes. The specific gravity of the panel is preferably 0.5 to 1.0 g / cm 3 , more preferably 0.6 to 0.9 g / cm 3 , and the same as wood plywood even if the reinforcing
In the building panel of the present invention, the cement milk can be made into mortar by adding sand as an aggregate to the cement milk, and further can be made into concrete by adding gravel, and other aggregates, known cement additives, etc. are required. It can be added as appropriate. The amount of the aggregate such as sand or gravel is not particularly limited, but if the amount of the aggregate such as sand or gravel is too much, the nailing property is lowered or it is difficult to cut with a saw. Therefore, it is preferable to keep it within a range not hindering the object of the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 1, the building panel of the present invention is preferably provided with a water-
