Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the mechanical strength on the piping side near a connecting part and prevent the crack and breakage of a piping by vibration by forming a stopper wall, a guide chamber and a hook wall on a connecting hole part, relatively pressing an inserted piping in the axial direction, and connecting the end part vicinity of the piping by a swollen wall by plastic deformation. SOLUTION: A joint body 1 side or a piping P side is relatively pressed from the outside in the axial direction to bring the connecting end part of the piping P into contact with the middle inclined wall surface formed by the guide chamber 3 of a connecting hole 1', and the end part of the piping P is engagingly locked by a stopper wall 2 part. According to further pressing, an outward swollen part P' conformed to the guide chamber 3 is formed by plastic deformation in the part situated in the guide chamber 3 near the piping P end part, and its neck lower part is engaged with a hook wall 4 and connected. Thus, brazing in a connecting part is dispensed with, the connection can be easily performed by simple pressing, the influence on mechanical strength on the piping P side near the connecting part is thus eliminated, and the crack or breakage can be avoided even in a piping state under vibration.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a metal pipe having a relatively small diameter of about 20 m / m or less, which is generally provided as an oil supply / supply path for automobiles or various machines and devices. The present invention relates to a connection structure between a joint and an end of the pipe and a connection method thereof.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a connection structure of this type and a connection method thereof, as shown in FIG. 5, for example, a connection hole (12) formed in a joint body (11) is simply cut through a normal through-hole by cutting. In a state in which the end of the pipe (P ') was inserted into the connection hole and the end was connected to the connection hole, the connection was made by low-welding (W) by a heating operation by hand-rolling using a burner or the like.

However, in such a conventional technique, the low welding (W) caused by the heating operation not only causes a remarkable reduction in productivity, but also causes the worker to have difficulty in welding. Local overheating due to unfamiliarity causes deterioration of mechanical strength in the vicinity of low welding (W), and often causes cracks and breakage due to brittleness on the pipe (P ') side under vibration and the like in the installed state. Since it has a problem and makes it impossible to use each of the joints and pipes which have been subjected to rust-prevention treatment such as plating, the treatment after low welding (W) must be performed, and therefore, the connection has already been made. Moreover, handling of these products in the state of a pipe (P ') having a bent shape complicates the processing and has a problem that the plating film thickness is generally non-uniform.

[0004] The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, and eliminates the need for the conventional heating low welding at the connection portion as in the prior art, and merely by the plastic deformation on the pipe side by pressing. Simple connection greatly improves productivity, and at the same time eliminates the influence of mechanical strength near the connection, eliminating concerns about cracks and breakage on the piping side,
In addition, a connection structure and a connection method between a joint and a pipe end which enable use of each joint body and piping which have been subjected to rust-prevention treatment such as plating so that the treatment after connection can be made unnecessary. It is intended to provide.

According to the present invention, in order to achieve the above object, a pipe end is inserted into a connection hole formed in a joint body.
In the fixed structure, an inside of the connection hole is connected to a stepped annular stopper wall at the bottom to form a guide chamber that is inclined and opened rearward, and an inward hanging wall is formed at an end of the guide chamber. In the connection hole portion, in the inserted state in which the distal end of the pipe is pressed against the stopper wall portion, bulging outward in conformity with the guide chamber due to plastic deformation formed near the pipe end. A connection structure between a joint and a pipe end formed by engaging a lower portion of the portion with the hanging wall portion, an annular stopper wall having a step at the bottom in a connection hole portion of the joint body in advance, and the stopper An inductive chamber that opens obliquely backward to the wall and an inward hanging wall at an end of the inductive chamber are formed, and then at least one of the joint body or the pipe side is axially relatively moved from the outside. And press the tip of the pipe against the inclined wall in the middle of the induction chamber. After that, the stopper wall is pressed against the stopper wall, and the portion located in the guide chamber near the pipe end with further pressing is moved outward by plastic deformation in accordance with the guide chamber. The gist is a connection method between a joint and a pipe end formed by forming a bulging portion and engaging a lower part of the neck with the hanging wall portion,
Further, a seal ring member is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the hanging wall, and / or a sealant is applied between contact surfaces formed by the guide chamber and the bulging portion.
