Description of the Related Art In recent years, instead of a coaxial cable, an optical fiber cable having a large communication capacity has been used as a communication cable, but this cable is newly laid. In one case, a concrete block having a cable laying hole inside is buried in the ground while being connected, a cable path is formed in the ground, and the cable laying hole is formed in the ground. There is a method of passing a cable.

After the block 1 is buried in the ground and the concave portion 3 and the convex portion 4 are fitted to each other to form a cable path through which the cable laying hole 2 communicates, the cable path is formed. The optical fiber cable 5 is passed through the cable laying hole 2. The cable is passed through the cable laying hole 2 of the block 1 by burying the cable in the ground while passing the wire through the cable. An optical fiber cable 5 is attached to the tip of the wire, and the wire is pulled out.

Although it is manufactured by extraction, as a mold rod, a cylindrical shape that gradually becomes thinner toward one side is used. Here, the reason for using the taper taper toward one side is to allow extraction after curing. For this reason, the inside diameter of the cable laying hole 2 gradually decreases toward one side as shown in FIG. However, the mold rod has a diameter of about 20 cm and is heavy, so that there is a problem that a lot of labor is required for its arrangement and removal.

The portion of the insert distal end is rubbed over a long distance with a rough concrete surface. For this reason, there was a problem that the synthetic resin on the surface was shaved and the corrosion resistance was reduced.

If a synthetic resin pipe is arranged in place of the arranged mold rod and left as it is after curing the concrete, a block in which the cable laying holes are covered with the synthetic resin can be manufactured. At the time of manufacturing the block, the synthetic resin pipe is light, so that it is easy to dispose it on the formwork, and since it does not need to be extracted after curing, the workability is good.

The surface of the synthetic resin coating material may be smooth, but if a convex portion is provided, the area of contact with the cable surface is reduced, so that the cable can be easily passed. Examples of the method of providing the convex portion include a method of providing a mountain-shaped projection, a method of providing a rib in the longitudinal direction or the inner circumferential direction, and a method of forming a bellows.

In this embodiment, a synthetic resin pipe 6 is arranged on the inner periphery of the cable installation hole 2 over the entire length. This pipe is integrated with the block by incorporating the raw concrete into the form before pouring the block into the form during the production of the block, and has an equal overall length inside diameter and a smooth inner surface.
