Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drain percolating water quickly, and to prevent water retained on a road surface by forming drain holes to receiving frames for a drainage basin for a road, laid with a draining paving material, and for a ditch cover used for a side ditch. SOLUTION: Drain holes 8 are bored to the vertical sections or corner sections among vertical sections and horizontal sections of a receiving frame 6 laid on a water gathering basin and the top face of a side ditch 2 formed of water-impermeable concrete. A draining paving material 5 is laid up to the same height as the top face of the receiving frame 6. Consequently, rainwater permeates into the draining paving material 5, and quickly flows into a drainage basin and the side ditch 2 from the drain holes 8. Accordingly, since the draining paving material 5 can be laid up to sections near to the drainage basin and the side ditch 2 and percolating water is drained rapidly through the drain holes 8, water retained on a road surface can be prevented.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a drainage device for a pavement portion of a road, and more particularly, to a device for efficiently draining rainwater or the like reaching a base layer by penetrating a drainage pavement surface layer of a road surface layer.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventional road pavement is usually formed of a material such as asphalt or cement concrete having high density. For this reason, road surface water generated by rainfall and snow melting is collected and drained by a drainage basin through a drainage means at the shoulder of the road using cross slope, etc., but it is inevitable that some amount of road surface water remains. In addition, it is inevitable that the road surface water stays in a rut or a locally defective portion of the vehicle. The accumulated road surface water causes not only a hydroplaning phenomenon, a slip, a splash, a smoking phenomenon, and the like, but these phenomena themselves often cause a vehicle driving error and cause a traffic accident. It is said that.

In recent years, a drainage pavement has been proposed and put into practical use in which the surface layer of a road is formed of a material having a high porosity and rainwater or the like is directly immersed in the surface layer so that road surface water is not generated. A surface layer is formed by laying a drainable pavement material at a predetermined thickness on a base layer of a road, and a spiral-shaped infiltration water drainage channel is buried along the longitudinal edge of the drainage surface layer portion. In addition, there is a configuration in which the permeated water drainage channel is connected to a drainage device so that the permeated water permeated from the surface of the permeated water drainage is drained quickly and reliably.

Conventional drainage basins and gutters are generally formed by casting concrete in a formwork. To connect the seepage drainage channel to the drainage basin, an opening is provided on the side as shown in FIG. It is provided and drained through the seepage water drainage channel (11).
Normally, drainage basins and gutters are made of impervious concrete.

[0005] Since the receiving frame of the groove lid used in such a place is considered to be used only in close contact with the impermeable concrete, a steel angle member or plate is bent into an L shape or a Z shape. It is common to just attach an anchor.

[0006] Therefore, there is a case where the road surface water is resistant to water near the surface where the concrete of the drainage basin or the gutter on the road surface on which the drainable pavement material is laid is exposed.

Therefore, in the present invention,
The purpose of the present invention is to improve the drainage performance near the drainage basin and the gutter by laying the drainage pavement material to the same height as the upper surface of the drainage basin and the gutter by making a drainage hole in the receiving frame of the drainage basin and the gutter.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the receiving frame of the drainage basin according to the present invention is provided with a drain hole at a vertical portion of the receiving frame material or at a corner between the vertical portion and the horizontal portion. The drainage pavement is laid to the same height as the upper surface of the receiving frame.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The method of the present invention will be specifically described below with reference to the illustrated embodiments. FIG. 3 shows a conventional drainage basin, in which rainwater penetrates the drainage pavement material and flows into the drainage basin through a seepage drainage channel formed on the upper surface of the base layer of the road pavement. The area around the drainage basin is impaired by impervious concrete, and the drainage function is reduced and water is retained.

FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 show an example in which the receiving frame of the present invention is used for a drainage basin and a gutter, and a drainage hole is formed in the upper surface of a water collecting basin or a gutter made of water-impermeable concrete. The rainwater permeates the drainage pavement material, and quickly flows into the drainage basin and the gutter from the drain hole to prevent water accumulation. 4 and 5 show receiving frames for drainage basins, and FIGS. 6 and 7 show receiving frames for gutters. The positions of the holes to be formed in the receiving frame may be formed by drilling holes in vertical portions of the receiving frame material as shown in FIGS. 5 and 7, and the corners of the vertical and horizontal portions of the receiving frame as shown in FIGS. A long hole may be made in the hole.

EFFECT OF THE INVENTION By using the receiving frame of the present invention, the catchment basin and the upper surface of the gutter made of water-impermeable concrete have no portion appearing on the road surface and the receiving frame itself has a drain hole. Drainable pavement material can be laid down to the vicinity of the gutter, and the infiltration water is quickly drained through the drain holes of the receiving frame, so that water on the road surface can be prevented.
