４で各々操作するテープ１１の移動量を予め記憶するメ
モリ５と、このメモリ５に記憶されたテープ１１の移動
量に基づき、コマーシャルメッセージが始まった時にテ
ープ１１の早送り動作を行い、その後に画像及び音声を
再生するよう制御する制御手段６と、この制御手段６を
