目地まわりの防水構造によれば、水切りシートがCPP
とブチルゴム等とから構成され、寸法安定性,耐久性が
向上すると共にシール性が向上しほぼ完全の防水が長期
間にわたり行われる。 3)本発明の請求項3に記載の後付け外壁を有する外壁
目地まわりの防水構造によれば、漏水のし易い柱部の上
面側は水切りシートの重合構造によりシールされるため
この部分からの漏水の防止がより完全に行われる。 4)本発明の請求項4に記載の後付け外壁を有する外壁
目地まわりの防水構造によれば、後付け外壁はキャップ
状水切りシートにより位置決めされるため、所定位置に
確実に保持される。

縦水切りシートと、前記目地を塞ぐと共に前記垂直面側
に重合貼着される水切りシートと、前記先付け外壁間の
上端側に配置され、前記垂直面側に貼着されると共に後
付け外壁の上端を挟持して位置決めするためのキャップ
状水切りシートとを設けることを特徴とする後付け外壁
を有する外壁目地まわりの防水構造。
