【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、バルコニーに設置される防水パンの端仕舞構造に関する。

【従来の技術】
近年、合成樹脂製の防水パンを床面に設置したバルコニーが増えている。かかるバルコニーでは、防水パンの四周の側壁上部を防水テープでバルコニーの壁面に貼付けることにより、防水パンとバルコニー壁面との隙間をなくすと共に、この防水テープを貼付けた四周の側壁上部を覆う水切り部材をバルコニー壁面に固定して、防水パンとバルコニー壁面との隙間から漏水しないように防水パンの端仕舞を行うことが多い。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記のごとき防水パンの端仕舞構造では、防水テープの貼付作業が面倒で手間がかかり、しかも、防水パンの四隅のコーナー部のところで皺や隙間が生じやすいため、熟練を要するという問題があった。

また、防水テープは経時的に粘着力が低下するため、年月がたつと剥離しやすくなって防水性が低下するという問題もあった。

更に、上記の端仕舞構造のように、防水パンの側壁上部を防水テープでバルコニー壁面に貼付ける場合は、防水パンを前後左右に少し移動させて位置調整を行うことも難しいという問題があった。

本発明は上記の問題に対処すべくなされたもので、熟練者でなくても漏水しないように手早く確実に施工できる防水パンの端仕舞構造を提供することを主たる目的とし、更に、防水パンの位置調整が可能な端仕舞構造とすることも目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するため、本発明の請求項1に係る防水パンの端仕舞構造は、バルコニーの床面に設置された防水パンの四周側壁の上端フランジ部に、止水パッキンを介してフランジカバーが被着され、該フランジカバーを覆い隠す水切り部材がバルコニーの壁面に取付けられると共に、防水パンの四隅のコーナー部上端にコーナー止水部材が取付けられ、該コーナー止水部材を覆い隠すコーナー水切り部材が、その両端部を水切り部材の端部に重ねた状態で、バルコニーの壁面に取付けられていることを特徴とするものである。

この防水パンの端仕舞構造は、防水パンの四周の側壁上部を防水テープでバルコニー壁面に貼付ける必要が全くなく、四周側壁の上端フランジ部に止水パッキンを介してフランジカバーを被着する作業と、水切り部材をバルコニー壁面に取付ける作業を行うことによって、熟練者でなくても手早く確実に施工することが可能である。そして、水切り部材によって雨水等を防水パンの内部へ導入すると共に、止水パッキンによって防水パン側壁の上端フランジ部とフランジカバーとの間からの水洩れを防止できるものであり、従来の防水テープに見られるような剥離や防水性低下等の欠点も解消することができる。また、コーナー止水部材とコーナー水切り部材によって簡単に防水パンのコーナー部上端を水密的に仕舞処理することができ、防水パンのコーナー部においてフランジカバーや水切り部材の継目の仕口を大留め等に切断加工することが不必要となるので、施工性が一層向上する。

次に、本発明の請求項2に係る防水パンの端仕舞構造は、上記請求項1の端仕舞構造において、そのフランジカバーと水切り部材との間に第二の止水パッキンが介在されていることを特徴とするものである。

この防水パンの端仕舞構造では、第二の止水パッキンによってフランジカバーと水切り部材との間の水密性が確保されるので、水洩れ防止効果が更に顕著となる。

以下、図面を参照して本発明の具体的な実施形態を詳述する。

図1は本発明の一実施形態に係る防水パンの端仕舞構造を採用して施工したルーフバルコニーの全体の断面図、図2は図1の円で囲んだ端仕舞部分の拡大断面図、図3は防水パンが位置調整によってバルコニー壁面側へ変位した状態を示す同端仕舞部分の拡大断面図、図4は防水パンが位置調整によってバルコニー壁面と反対側へ変位した状態を示す同端仕舞部分の拡大断面図、図5は同端仕舞部分の拡大分解断面図、図6は同端仕舞構造の構成部材を示す分解斜視図、図7〜図11は同端仕舞構造の施工手順を順次説明するための説明図である。

図1において、1は合成樹脂製の防水パンであり、この防水パン1はルーフバルコニーの床面2に設置されている。図6に示すように、防水パン1は四周に側壁1aを有するもので、側壁1aの上端にはフランジ1bが形成されている。また、防水パン1の前縁には排水溝1cが形成され、この排水溝1cの端部に連なる凹部1dには、ドーム状のゴミ除け部材1eを嵌着した排水口が形成されている。そして、この排水口には、排水管3が下方から接続されている。

図1に示すように、防水パン1の裏側には、高さが少しずつ異なる複数の支持リブ1fが形成され、防水パン1の表面が家屋側から前方に向かって徐々に低くなるように流れ勾配が付けられている。従って、この防水パン1に降る雨水は、表面の流れ勾配によって前縁の排水溝1cに流入し、ゴミ除け部材1eを通過するときにゴミ等が除去されて、排水口から排水管3を通って排水されるようになっている。

尚、図6中、1gは防水パン1の表面に形成された細く浅い小溝の組み合わせからなる模様である。

この防水パン1の端仕舞は、図6に示す構成部品、即ち、止水パッキン4a、第二の止水パッキン4b、フランジカバー5、水切り部材6、コーナー止水部材7、コーナー水切り部材8を用いて施工されている。

フランジカバー5はアルミニウム等の押出型材であって、図2,図5に示すように天板5aの両側端から下方へ折れ曲がる側板5b,5cと、天板5aのほぼ中央から下方へ突き出す中板5dが形成されており、側板5bの下端には内側へ屈曲する係合部5eが形成されている。そして、この側板5bと中板5dと天板5aとで囲まれる溝状の空間部5f(図5参照)に、防水パン側壁1aの上端フランジ部1bが嵌まり込むようになっている。

止水パッキン4aは、図6に示すようなブチルゴム製の細帯状のパッキンであり、防水パン側壁1aの上端フランジ部1bとフランジカバー5との間に介在させることによって水密性を高めるものである。この止水パッキン4aは、図5に示すように、フランジカバー5の側板5bと中板5dとの間の天板5aの裏面に予め取付けておくことが好ましい。

このように止水パッキン4aを取付けたフランジカバー5を、図2に示すように防水パン側壁1aの上端フランジ部1bに被着すると、フランジカバー5の側板5bと中板5dと天板5aとで囲まれる溝状の空間部に嵌まり込んだ上端フランジ部1bが、該空間部から抜けないように側板5bの下端の係合部5eと係合し、上端フランジ部1bの上面が止水パッキン4aに密着して水密性が高められる。

また、第二の止水パッキン4bは、フランジカバー5と水切り部材6との間に介在させることによって水密性を付与するものであり、EPDM(エチレン−プロピレンゴム)製の細帯状のゴムパッキンが使用される。この第二の止水パッキン4bは、図5に示すように、フランジカバー5の側板5cと中板5dとの間の天板5aの裏面に予め両面テープ等で取付けられており、図2に示すように水切り部材6を取付けたとき、該水切り部材6の水平板6dの先端立上がり部6eの水平な上面が第二の止水パッキン4bに下方から密接して水密性が付与されるようになっている。

この水切り部材6は、フランジカバー5と同様のアルミニウム等の押出型材であって、図2,図5,図6に示すように、傾斜板6aの上端と下端にそれぞれ立上がり板6bと垂下板6cが形成されており、この垂下板6cの中間部裏面に、上記の先端立上がり部6eを有する水平板6dが形成されたものである。

この水切り部材6は、図2に示すように、立上がり板6bを止具9でバルコニーの壁面10に固定することによってフランジカバー5を覆い隠すように取付けられ、上述したように先端立上がり部6eの水平な上面が第二の止水パッキン4bに密接して水密性が付与される。そして、この水切り部材6の立上がり板6bを覆うように装飾板11がバルコニー壁面10に貼付けられ、この装飾板11に降り注ぐ雨水が水切り部材6の表面を流落して垂下板6cの下端で水切されながら防水パン1の内部へ導入されるようになっている。

上記のように水切り部材6をバルコニー壁面10に取付けると、フランジカバー5を側壁1aの上端フランジ部1bに被着した防水パンは、図3に示す位置、即ち、フランジカバー5の側板5b及び側板5cがそれぞれバルコニー壁面10及び水切り部材6の水平板6dの先端立上がり部6eに当たる壁面寄りの位置と、図4に示す位置、即ち、フランジカバー5の側板5c及び中板5dがそれぞれ水切り部材6の垂下板6c及び水平板6dの先端立上がり部6eに当たる離隔位置との間で、位置調整することが可能となる。そして、このように位置調整をしても、水平板6dの先端立上がり部6eの水平な上面は常に第二の止水パッキン4bに密接した状態を維持するので、水密性を保つことができる。

コーナー止水部材7は合成ゴム製の部材であり、防水パン1のコーナー部上端の水密性を高めるものである。このコーナー止水部材7は、図7に示すように、裏面にL形の嵌合溝7aが形成されており、この嵌合溝7aに防水パン1のコーナー部上端のフランジ部1bを嵌め込むことによって、防水パン1のコーナー部上端に取付けられるようになっている。そして、このコーナー止水部材7の隣接する二側面には、それぞれ平らな突片7bと鉤形の突片7cが一体に形成され、これらの突片7b,7cの上にフランジカバー5の端部が重ねられるようになっている。尚、突片7bと突片7cの間の切欠部7dは、フランジカバー5の中板5dが挿入される部分である。

また、コーナー止水部材7を覆い隠すコーナー水切り部材8はアルミニウムのダイキャスト成形品であって、図10に示すように、内側に向かって流れ勾配がつくように傾斜した平面形状がL形の傾斜板8aと、この傾斜板8aの外側端縁から立上がる立上がり板8bと、この傾斜板8aの内側端縁から垂れ下がる垂下板8cとを一体に成形したものである。この立上がり板8bの上端には外側へ屈曲するフランジ部8dが形成されており、図11に示すようにコーナー水切り部材8を取付けると、該フランジ部8dが水切り部材6の立上がり板6bの上端に重なってバルコニー壁面10に当接し、隙間が生じないようになっている。

この実施形態に係る防水パンの端仕舞構造は、上記の各構成部品を用いて、熟練者でなくても次の要領で手早く確実に施工することができる。

まず、図7,図8に示すように、防水パン1の四隅のコーナー部上端にコーナー止水部材7を上方から取付ける。このコーナー止水部材7の取付けは、該止水部材の裏面の嵌合溝7aに防水パン1のコーナー部上端のフランジ部1bを嵌め込むことによって簡単に行うことができる。尚、このコーナー止水部材7は接着剤等で防水パン1のコーナー部上端に接着することが望ましい。

次いで、図8,図9に示すように、止水パッキン4a,4bを天板5aの裏面に取付けたフランジカバー5を、防水パン1の四周側壁1aの上端フランジ部1bに被着し、フランジカバー5の端部をコーナー止水部材7の突片7b,7cに重ねる。フランジカバー5の被着作業は、既述したように、フランジカバー5の側板5bと中板5dと天板5aとで囲まれる溝状の空間部5fに防水パン側壁1aの上端フランジ部1bを嵌め込んで、側板5bの下端の係合部5eを該フランジ部1bに係合させることにより簡単に行うことができる。

次いで、図9,図10に示すように、フランジカバー5を覆い隠す水切り部材6をバルコニー壁面10に取付け、水切り部材6の水平板6dの先端立上がり部6eの上面を第二の止水パッキン4bに密接させる。この水切り部材6の取付けは、既述したように、水切り部材6の立上がり板6bを止具9でバルコニー壁面10に固定することにより簡単に行うことができる。

次いで、図10,図11に示すように、コーナー止水部材7を覆い隠すコーナー水切り部材8を、その両端部が水切り部材6,6の端部に重なった状態で、バルコニー壁面10に取付ける。このコーナー水切り部材8の取付けも、立上がり板8bを止具9でバルコニー壁面10に固定することにより簡単に行うことができる。

そして最後に、図1,図2に示すごとく、水切り部材6の立上がり板6b及びコーナー水切り部材8の立上がり板8bを覆うように化粧板11をバルコニー壁面10に貼付け,防水パン1の端仕舞を完成する。尚、場合によっては、図11に一点鎖線で示すように、防水テープ12を用いて水切り部材6の立上がり板6bとコーナー水切り部材8の立上がり板8bをバルコニー壁面10に貼付けてもよい。

以上のように施工された防水パンの端仕舞構造にあっては、図2に示すように防水パン側壁1aの上端フランジ部1bが、フランジカバー5の天板5aの裏面に取付けられた止水パッキン4aに密接するため、防水パン1の上端フランジ部1bとフランジカバー5の間の水密性が高められる。そして、水切り部材6の水平板6dの先端立上がり部6eの水平な上面が、フランジカバー5の天板5aの裏面に取付けられた第二の止水パッキン4bに密接するため、フランジカバー5と水切り部材6の間の水密性も高められ、更に、防水パン1のコーナー上端にはコーナー止水部材7が取付けられているため、コーナー上端の水密性も高められる。従って、この端仕舞構造は防水性に優れ、水切り部材6の垂下板6c及びコーナー水切り部材8の垂下板8cから防水パン1の内部へ落下する雨水を外部へ漏らすことなく、排水口から排水管3を通じて排水することができる。
