Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixing and spraying method which is capable of not only rapidly and surely mixing a resin and an inclusion material but stably coating a surface to be sprayed with the mixture by evenly dispersing the mixture, is cost effective and eliminates a possibility of the occurrence of loss in time and its mixing and spraying nozzle. SOLUTION: The mixing and spraying nozzle 1 has an air pipeline 1a for passing a high-velocity air stream in an arrow direction, a resin discharge path 1b for discharging the resin of a two-pack reaction type into the air pipeline 1a, an inclusion material discharging path 1c for discharge the inclusion material composed of powdery, granular or massive aggregated, etc., of natural or synthetic fibers or silica sand, rubber chips, foamed resin materials, etc., and a mixing chamber 1d for mixing the resin and the inclusion material. A throttling part 1a' reduced in its bore smaller than the bores before and behind the part is formed in mid-way of the air pipeline 1a. The discharge port of the resin discharging path 1b faces the part. The mixing chamber 1d made additionally larger in the bore is arranged in front of the air pipeline 1a. The inclusion material discharged from the inclusion material discharging path 1c is discharged from diagonally behind.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a waterproofing method for a mountain tunnel or the like, a sheet waterproofing method in which a waterproof layer is formed by spreading a waterproof sheet on a waterproof surface and joining a plurality of sheets is performed. In addition, a resin spraying waterproofing method has been used on the roof of a building or the like. Further, in the construction requiring slip prevention, a non-slip material such as powder is sprayed before and after spraying the resin.

However, in the above-mentioned conventional method using a waterproof sheet, it is difficult to form a complete waterproof layer due to breakage of the sheet at the time of construction or poor adhesion of a seam. In addition, the conventional resin-based spraying and waterproofing method has to perform a base treatment for smoothing the base surface. Since the wood was sprayed, there were problems such as economic and time loss.

Means for Solving the Problems The mixing and spraying method of the present invention is characterized in that a reactive curable resin and a mixed material are injected into a high-speed air flow and simultaneously mixed and sprayed onto a surface to be sprayed. As the reactive curing resin, for example, a urethane resin, an epoxy resin, an unsaturated polyester resin, a vinyl ester resin, an acrylic resin, and a mixture thereof are used. It is preferable that the reactive curable resin is mixed at a predetermined ratio immediately before being injected into the high-speed air flow. As the mixed material, for example, natural, synthetic fibers, or powdered, granular, or aggregated materials such as silica sand, rubber chips, and foamed resin materials are used.

Next, a method of mixing and spraying using the above-described apparatus will be described. High-pressure air is sent from the air pump 2 to the air line 1a of the mixing and spraying nozzle 1, and the high-pressure air flows in the air line 1a at high speed in the direction of the arrow. Each resin in the resin tanks 3a and 3b is sent to the mixing device 7 and mixed. The reactive cured resin reacts upon mixing. The mixed resin is sent to the resin discharge path 1b of the mixing spray nozzle 1 and discharged into the narrowing portion 1a 'of the air pipe 1a. Since the air flowing through the narrowing portion 1a 'is at a higher speed, the resin is actively sucked and atomized,
It is jetted and dispersed into the following mixing chamber 1d.

Advantages of the Invention 1) Since the reactive curable resin and the mixed material are sprayed and mixed at the same time as the high-speed air flow, and mixed and sprayed onto the surface to be sprayed, the resin and the mixed material are quickly and reliably mixed. Not only is it possible to disperse evenly and stably on the surface to be sprayed, and it is also possible to form a thick film more efficiently, resulting in economical and time-consuming loss. There is no risk of occurrence. In addition, since the reactive hardening resin is mixed with silica sand, rubber chips, etc. and sprayed on the surface to be sprayed, there is no need to disperse powders and granules before and after the resin spraying, As a result, there is no possibility that an economical and time loss occurs. 2) Since the reactive curable resin is mixed at a predetermined ratio immediately before being injected into the high-speed air flow, stable mixing can be obtained. 3) By using fiber, silica sand, or foamed resin material (such as styrofoam lump) as a mixed material, it is possible to effectively prevent sagging when spraying a standing surface or a ceiling surface, and to reduce wasteful space while saving expensive resin. It can be spray-filled effectively. 4) an air pipe through which the mixing and blowing nozzle causes high-speed air to flow and jet to the surface to be sprayed; a resin coating path to discharge resin toward the high-speed air flow flowing through the air pipe; It has a mixing chamber located at the front of the passage and having a diameter larger than the diameter of the air pipe, and a mixed material application path for discharging the mixed material into the mixing chamber, so that the resin and the mixed material can be mixed quickly and reliably. In addition to this, it can be evenly dispersed and stably applied to the surface to be sprayed. 5) Since a narrowing portion is formed by narrowing the diameter in the middle of the air pipeline, and the discharge port of the resin discharge path faces the narrowing portion, the resin can be effectively atomized and diffused,
The resin and the mixed material can be mixed quickly and uniformly. 6) Since the resin discharge path is oriented so that the direction of discharge of the resin discharged from the resin discharge path is orthogonal to the air flow flowing in the air pipe, the overall length of the nozzle can be reduced. It became. 7) A high-speed air flow discharge port for ejecting high-speed air toward the inner wall surface of the mixing chamber is formed around the end of the air pipe facing the mixing chamber. By forming a film, adhesion of resin can be effectively prevented. 8) A static mixer for mixing the resin is provided in parallel with an injection pipe which is placed at the center and injects the mixed material by a high-speed air flow, and a diffusion die of the static mixer is directed toward the mixed material injected by the high-speed air. By configuring the mixing and spraying nozzle so that the resin is ejected and mixed from the nozzle, it is possible to obtain a nozzle that can be provided with a simple structure at a low cost and that can quickly and effectively mix the resin and the mixed material. . 9) The present invention provides a waterproofing treatment for mountain tunnels, underground structures, semi-underground structures, etc., a waterproofing treatment for buildings, a repair of deteriorated structures, and a surface that requires non-slip such as a poolside or a stadium. It can be used for coating treatment, treatment of walls requiring heat insulation, or formation of an elastic pavement material layer, a ventilation layer, and a heat insulation layer.
