Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form fine and complicated embossed patterns conformable to printed patterns by laminating a transparent resin layer on the surface of the pattern layer formed on one surface of a paper sheet base material by using two or more kinds of inks different in resin density. SOLUTION: A pattern layer 4 comprising a pattern layer 41 using ink high in resin density and a pattern layer 42 using ink low in resin density is provided on the surface of a paper sheet base material 3 to obtain a paper decorative sheet 2. Next, the paper decorative sheet 2 is superposed on the surface of a base material 6 through an adhesive layer 3 to be bonded thereto. Subsequently, a transparent resin soln. is applied to the upper surface of the pattern layer 4 and allowed to penetrate into the paper sheet base material 3 through the pattern layer 4. By this constitution, an embossed pattern formed decorative panel 1 having an embossed pattern layer 8 due to the difference of the permeability of the transparent resin soln. 7 between the pattern layer 41 using ink high in resin density and the pattern layer 42 using ink low in resin density.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a decorative material having a design with an uneven pattern on the surface used for various kinds of furniture, building interior materials and the like,
For example, (1) a method of forming irregularities on a substrate sheet on which a picture pattern is formed by using an embossing roll, an embossing template, or the like; (2) performing a matte conduit printing on the substrate sheet in a design. (3) forming a printed portion such as a conduit for forming a concave surface on a substrate sheet on which a picture pattern is formed with an ink containing a lyophobic agent; It is known that a transparent resin is applied thereon, and a decorative sheet produced by a method of forming a concave portion by liquid-repelling a printed portion such as the conduit is adhered to a substrate.

However, in each of the decorative sheets,
In the decorative sheet of (1), it is extremely difficult not only to manufacture an embossing roll or an embossed template, but also to increase the manufacturing cost and to obtain a fine and complicated decorative sheet. In the decorative sheet of (2), expression of fine and complicated shapes is possible and excellent in aesthetic effect, but lacks actual unevenness and expresses a sense of unevenness due to a visual effect. The decorative sheet of (3) has actual irregularities and is excellent in three-dimensional effect, but has the problem that the printing machine is contaminated by the liquid repellent and the liquid repellent is not uniform and the product is not stable. Was.

FIG. 2C shows a picture layer 41 made of ink having a high resin density and a picture layer 42 made of ink having a low resin density formed on the surface of the paper-based sheet base material 3 adhered to the base material 2.
The figure shows a state in which a transparent or translucent resin is applied on a picture layer 4 made of a resin. The transparent resin liquid 7 penetrates into the paper-based sheet base material 3 through the picture layer 4, and the difference in permeability of the transparent resin liquid depending on the resin density of the ink layer forming the picture layer 4 is shown in FIG. An uneven pattern layer 8 as shown is formed. That is, the picture layer 4 made of ink having a high resin density
In 1, the penetration of the transparent resin liquid 7 is small and the ink surface is thick, and in the picture layer 42 made of the ink having a low resin density, most of the transparent resin liquid 7 penetrates and is formed thin, so that the whole is formed. The unevenness is formed. If the transparent resin liquid 7 is dried and hardened in such a state, the concavo-convex pattern layer 8 is formed, and the concavo-convex pattern-formed decorative board 1 of the present invention can be manufactured.

Example 1 A wood grain pattern of a spring wood part wood grain pattern was used on a surface of a decorative paper weighing 100 g / m 2 , using a low resin density ink composition having the following composition ratio. Was printed using a gravure printing plate from which no was removed. [Blending of low-density ink composition] Nitrocellulose resin 3.5 parts by weight Pigment 15.5 parts by weight Solvent 81.0 parts by weight The wood-grain pattern printing plate was used to print the wood-grained spring wood-grain pattern using the ink composition having the following compounding ratio and a high resin density. [Blending of Ink Composition Having High Resin Density] Acrylic polyol resin 25.0 parts by weight Hexamethylene diisocyanate 1.5 parts by weight Pigment 5.0 parts by weight Solvent 68.5 parts by weight Next, polyacetic acid was added to a 2.8 mm thick plywood. The vinyl emulsion type adhesive was applied, and the wood pattern decorative sheet obtained above was laminated. Thereafter, a two-component curable urethane-based resin paint is applied by a roll coat at an application amount of 40 g / m 2 on the entire upper surface of the wood grain decorative sheet having the print pattern layer, and heated and dried at 80 ° C. for 20 minutes. Thus, a decorative plate having an uneven pattern was obtained.
