を設けるとともに、この小径中空管にドラム側の各吸込
・吹出口に対応させて各対応吸込・吹出口を設け、ドラ
ムと小径中空管との相対回転速度差を利用してドラムの
各吸込・吹出口をドラム回転方向下流側から上流側に向
けて順次各対応吸込・吹出口と整合・整合解除可能な開
閉手段と、整合された各吸込・吹出口と各対応吸込・吹
