Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve coordination and appearance of a placing joint wall face, by fitting the lower edge of an external form in the joint form fixed to the upper end of the existing concrete decoration wall of the lower side. SOLUTION: This form member 10 is integrally formed with polyolefin resin foamed body (the compressive stress at 10% strain is 0.5-8.0kgf/cm<2> ) or preferably polyethylene resin foamed body (1.0-6.0kgf/cm<2> ) and tiles 5 are fitted and retained in a number of recesses 11 formed at the inside face and the form members 10 are vertically and laterally connected to form an external form. A joint-forming member 50 is fixed to an end member 77 fitted by fitting metal tool 59 through a form-tie 66 fixed to an existing concrete wall body 100 and the fitting protrusion 56 of the joint-forming member 50 is fitted in the fitting recession 13 of the lower end face of the form member 10 to assemble the external form and place concrete. Accordingly, the coordination and appearance of a placing joint wall face of concrete can be improved.

In the above-mentioned construction method,
A large number of decorative pieces can be efficiently fixed to the concrete surface, and joints between the multiple decorative pieces can be formed uniformly. However, when the decorative wall is constructed by joining concrete, for example, when constructing the second floor portion after constructing the first floor portion of the building, a gap occurs at the joint of the concrete and the appearance is deteriorated. There was a problem.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The features of the present invention for solving the conventional problems as described above and achieving the intended purpose are as follows.
An outer mold frame made of a synthetic resin foam, having a large number of decorative piece fitting concave portions on the inner surface, and a decorative piece such as a tile in each of the concave portions, the back side of which is temporarily held by exposing the back surface side to the inner surface,
Concrete is cast in a concrete casting space formed between the inner mold facing the outer mold and the back side of the decorative piece is integrated with concrete, and then the outer mold is formed. Is a method of constructing the upper and lower joint seams at the time of constructing a concrete decorative wall surface to hold the decorative piece on the wall surface, the upper end of the lower pre-constructed concrete decorative wall previously constructed. A joint material for forming a joint groove is placed on the outer peripheral edge, and a protrusion for mounting a formwork is provided integrally with the joint material, and a fitting portion for positioning the formwork is provided on the upper surface of the protrusion. It is an object of the present invention to provide a concrete outer wall for an upper concrete decorative wall by fitting the fitting portion and a fitting portion provided on the lower surface of a newly provided outer mold frame.

[0011] The molded polyolefin resin foam 1
If the compressive stress at the time of 0% strain is less than 0.5 kgf / cm 2 , the concrete frame member 10 is apt to undergo compressive deformation due to the casting of concrete, and the concrete wall surface is swelled or formed. Inconveniences such as that the joint finishing recess is not formed to a sufficient depth. On the other hand, if the compressive stress at the time of 10% strain exceeds 8.0 kgf / cm 2 , the form member 10 becomes too hard, and the recesses 11 for tile fitting 11, 11.
(Interruption) of the tiles 5, 5,... To the following (discussed later), or the impact of the collision of the ends, etc., is not sufficiently absorbed, and the temporarily fixed tiles 5 fall off. And the like may occur. Furthermore, if you fall outside this range,
Since the mold member 10 is easily damaged when the mold is removed from the mold, it is difficult to reuse the mold member.
