BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention is light-weight, can be nailed, does not come off, can be cut, maintains the same strength as a mold, and has excellent water resistance and mold release properties. also it becomes resource conservation timber, moreover thermal insulation relates firing synthetic resin also has a moisture resistance and acoustic properties to the sheet with the substrate.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a plate material used for civil engineering and construction, for example, a metal formwork, a wooden formwork, a foamed synthetic resin formwork, and the like are typical examples. All of them have been used as a framework for building buildings such as concrete, and have been discarded after use or discarded after being used several times.

On the other hand, after using these molds as a frame, they are left without being removed, and a heat insulating material, a soundproofing material and the like are fixed on the surface of the mold, that is, on the back surface on which concrete or the like is cast. There is also a punched formwork to which the above is fixed, so-called throwaway formwork.

However, although the metal formwork and the wooden formwork maintain the strength as the formwork,
As can be seen from the properties of the base material, there is a risk of collapse due to corrosion or the like when left for a long period of time. Therefore, it was considered preferable to use a foamed synthetic resin mold as a discarded mold without collapse due to corrosion after driving. However, since the whole was made of foamed synthetic resin, it was considered that the nail was attached to the surface of the mold. There was also a problem that nailing was poor at hitting, nail pulling out occurred, and was weak against various loads applied to the surface.

To solve the above problems, for example,
There is one disclosed in JP-A-56-168333.
This is a plate-like molding made of an inorganic material on a foam synthetic resin plate.
It consists of a plate material to which materials are fixed and a sheet made of synthetic resin
It is provided with a surface material. However, said foaming
Plate-shaped molding material on one side of synthetic resin plate, and on the other side
Fix each synthetic resin sheet without adhesive.
But the outer edge of the foam synthetic resin plate is exposed
During transport or construction of foam synthetic resin boards
The outer periphery may be partially damaged or foam synthetic resin
Adhesion to molding materials and foam synthetic resin plate and synthetic resin
There was a problem that adhesion to the sheet was easily peeled off at the end. So
Here, the present invention seeks to solve the above-mentioned problems,
Advantageous in terms of strength that is difficult to break, but hard to peel off
The object is to provide a highly durable plate material.

The details of the present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a partial cross-sectional state of a plate material showing an embodiment of the present invention. However, since the plate material of the present invention can be used for various purposes, in this embodiment, this plate material is used as a waste form for building. The following description will be made as a representative example of the case where the above is used. That is, in the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a core material formed into a plate by foaming a foamable synthetic resin. As the foamable synthetic resin,
One or more kinds selected from polyurethane, polystyrene, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyester, polyvinyl chloride, polyphenol, ABS, urea, melamine resin, etc. are considered. For example, it is made into a plate shape by foaming about 30 times. In addition, since this foaming degree is used in the future as a soundproofing material, a heat insulating material, etc., the conventional soundproofing,
It is possible if the expansion ratio is about the same as that of the synthetic foam resin used as the heat insulating material. Reference numeral 2 in the figure denotes a molded material obtained by molding an inorganic material into a plate shape using an adhesive. This inorganic material includes calcium silicate, gypsum, silica, carbonate, silicate,
Clays, cements and other inorganic materials are considered as main constituents. Examples of adhesives used for these inorganic materials include emulsions obtained by emulsion polymerization of vinyl monomers, rubber latex, and hard urethane. is there.
However, in this embodiment, since the plate material is used as a discarded form, at least it is possible to nail the molded material 2 and has nonflammability, and if it does not cause decay when left for a long time. Can be adopted. If the molding material 2 is mixed with glass fiber, rock wool, asbestos, or organic fibers, the strength of the molding material 2 can be increased. The molding material 2 thus formed into a plate shape is fixed to one or both surfaces of the core material 1 with an adhesive or the like, or the molding material 2 is disposed on one or both surfaces when the core material 1 is foamed. If foamed,
The foamed synthetic resin acts as an adhesive and can fix the molding material 2 and the core material 1 together. In this state, the strength of the formwork is maintained, and since the base material is a foamed synthetic resin, it is lightweight, and it is possible to nail the surface of the molding material 2. Further, a surface material 3 in which one or two or more materials selected from polyethylene, high-density polyethylene, polyethylene terephthalate, etc. are formed in a film or sheet shape is fixed to at least the surface of the molding material 2 on the surface side of the plate material. For example, concrete or the like adhering to the surface material 3 can be easily peeled off, and if an adhesive sheet is detachably integrated with the back surface of the surface material 3 beforehand, the surface material 3
Is peeled off from the adhesive sheet, concrete and the like adhering to the surface material 3 are removed at the same time, and the adhesive sheet covers the surface of the plate material. Can be applied without using an adhesive.

[0011] Next, it is all around the synthetic resin before Symbol plate, the rigid sides 4 forming a hard rubber or the like to strip those fixed. The hard side portion 4 can be formed by forming the hard side portion 4 on the entire circumference of the molding materials 2 and 2 before foaming the core material 1 of the plate material and then foaming the foamable synthetic resin. With the foaming, the hard side portion 4 and the molding materials 2, 2 can be integrally fixed. Further, if a protruding piece or a dovetail groove shown as 7 in the figure is formed on the inner surface side of the hard side portion 4, the contact area with the core material 1 increases, and the fixation with the core material 1 is strengthened. . Note that the One reason for the rigid sides 4 provided, nailing of the purpose of protecting the deformation or loss of sheet according to the work secondary liable plate material is deficient, the plate side be provided on the entire circumference Is more preferable.

Further , if a fitting step portion 6 is formed on the surface of the hard side portion 4 as a concave portion capable of fitting with the convex portion 5 formed on the hard side portion 4 of another plate material, Positioning such that the surface of the plate material is flush with another plate material can be easily performed, and the plate material surface can be reinforced without being distorted against torsion when the other plate material is continuously provided. . In this embodiment, the protruding piece 5 is provided on the hard side portion 4 located on one side surface of the plate material, and the fitting step portion 6 capable of fitting on the convex portion 5 is provided on the hard side portion 4 located on the other side surface. Is formed, but it goes without saying that a well-known fitting method other than the fitting step 6 can be adopted.

In the plate material according to the present invention having the above-described structure, since the base material is a plate-shaped core member made of a synthetic resin foam, the workability is good because of its light weight, and the entire circumference is < If the hard side portion is provided, it can be transported to the work site without any risk of deformation or breakage even if it collides with other objects during work or the like. Then, the plate material carried to the work site is connected to another plate material by nails or the like, or cut with a saw, etc., and is created as a formwork conforming to the required shape of the building. Then, from the surface side of this plate material, reinforcing tools such as crosspieces and separators are fixed and set up in a well-known manner. Further, for example, at the position where the corner of the wall is formed, the edges of the plate material may be orthogonal to each other.
If it is formed of a nailable material such as BS resin, it is possible to nail one side wall of the orthogonal plate.
